Okay, so this was my first time at this location, and I was seriously impressed! ✨ I've been going to Alta for years, but needed something special for a wedding. They squeezed me in last minute, which was already amazing. 💖
The whole team was fantastic! My hair stylist 💇♀️ and the MAC counter specialist totally transformed me, and I actually felt glamorous in the photos. Beyond the amazing makeover, I was struck by how kind and respectful everyone was to each other and to the clients. You can tell they enjoy working there, which says a lot. It's no wonder this place is always busy! 🤩
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. If you want a place that goes above and beyond, definitely check them out. 👍 There might be a wait, but trust me, it's worth it—especially if you're getting ready for a special event. I'm recommending this place simply because I was so impressed. They really made my day! 🥰

I had a nail emergency and nice Ulta employees helped me. I was in the middle of removing my nails and my e-file died. I panicked, as one normally would, and I called Ulta begging them to leave an e file for me at the counter so I could rush in, pay, and go. Rip it out of a customers hands if u have to. Time was not on my side in this emergency. So the Ulta girls followed thru and I got my nails done in time.
Thank you Ulta. You're the real heroes.

I came into the store for the first time less than a week ago. I needed a specific item ti give as a gift but I could not find it on the shelves. I went to Kristina at the register and she knew exactly where to find the item behind their counter in their back up
supplies. I am grateful for Kristina’s efficient help.

A BAD EXPERIENCE!
I wasn’t satisfied with my hair colour and the staff instead of doing something about keep on postponing the issue!
While paying i was promised that the issue will be taken care of but not only they ever called, they didn’t bother much even when i called

I don’t recommend going to this location. The employees are too busy chatting with each other to notice anyone in line, and they never have the “free gift with purchase” items. The Rocklin and Roseville locations carry more brands also.

Staff were all very helpful & friendly. Brenna helped me find everything I needed - she's very knowledgeable! The Lincoln location is cleaner and less crowded with friendlier staff compared to the Roseville location.

Went in side this store today with my daughter and the two ladies that where bagging my daughters products kept dropping the products on ground and missing the bag . I don't know if it was intentional but let me tell you now we are missing a foundation. The point is these ladies where very rude and have no customer services skills. And now they need to replace the foundation that was not inside either one of my 2 bags they gave me and I was charge for it on my receipt. I will be back there tomorrow to speak with management.

I ahoy my hair cut by Elizabeth and she did an amazing job!! She listened to everything I wanted. and checked in with me while she cut my hair and the result was awesome! I asked her about color suggestions and she she came up with a beautiful plan and I am scheduled for color.She is very sweet and very professional and comfortable to be around. highly recommended her for your new hair stylist!

I had gone in during the holiday season needing a very specific item. A woman named Heidi was very helpful in my search. Her store said they were in stock, but it was an error, so she and her manager Tempe helped me hold it at a close-by store. I felt very welcomed, thank you for going the extra mile
