My husband, a corporate banker did research on several mortgage companies before we decided on Tobias Mortgage. I am very happy we did. He is responsive and not pushy. Mr Tobias is very honest and friendly. We were able to schedule an appointment immediately. He made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time with us. I am several months late in writing this post, but Manny and his staff deserve high praise!!! My wife and I had a very tight deadline to buy a home here in Rocklin. As most home buying experiences go, there are little unexpected twists and turns throughout the process. While these were extremely stressful for me and my wife, Manny kept us calm and made the right things happen. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and accessible. I could not give a higher endorsement!!
