Been going here since 2013. Adriana is fabulous I have never gotten a bad haircut in 10 years. Every time my cut is perfect. She cuts my daughters hair and does a perfect cut for them also.

Appointments are always easy to setup with alot of time slots to choose from. I have always gotten a great cut and the price is fair. I recommend the Lincoln Supercuts location.

Bad attitude from the blonde working right up front. My son and I walk in and there was no “hello” no “welcome in” or anything of this nature. First thing she says in the rudest tone is “do you have an appointment?” I said “no I do not”. We stood there for 30 seconds wondering if she was going to say something else or follow up to her question but didn’t. I had to ask “is that okay that we don’t have an appointment” and she replies “well there is a long wait”. It’s just the non customer service attitude and snarky tone is why I am writing this. It’s hard to describe someone’s tone on a review but let me assure you it was not pleasant at all! I have no problem waiting at all. This was not my problem.How about something like this? “Welcome in, we have about a 45 minute wait right now, let’s get you signed in to get you in line”.She made us feel like how dare us walk in without an appt. The other lady that took my info was polite and courteous but unfortunately not the other one at all!

I am so incredibly upset with my hair cut from Jenny at the Lincoln location. I came in for just a trim. I showed her 3 pictures of what I wanted. Usually I just cut my own hair but I struggle with the back. I had to shave my head in August of 2021 and my hair grows back very slowly. So I was very specific that I just wanted the crown layered to add volume and the sides trimmed to help them grow out better. I told her I was ok with clippers being used on the lower part of the back of my head. She asked if I wanted the grown out part of my undercut blended. I said sure because I know usually this is done with scissors or clippers with a 4 or 5 guard just to blend it. She went in with maybe a 1 or 2 guard and buzzed the sides of my head leaving me with basically a little boys haircut that looks like a bowl cut and I told her I wanted the front left long. It's NOTHING like the pictures, at all!!! I went home and tried to style it and it looks HORRIBLE! Now I have to wait for this horrific haircut to grow out when my hair was just starting to grow out. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY JENNY! I will post pictures of what I wanted verses what I got.UPDATE! They refused to try to fix my hair or give me the number to file an official complaint. I was told they didn't "feel comfortable fixing my hair because I wouldn't be happy with anything they did." They didn't apologize or feel bad about what they did to my hair. NEVER GO THERE!

I arrived for a quick, simple haircut with the website saying ETA of less than 5 minutes wait but I was turned away because there were appointments scheduled for 10 minutes from the current time even though there was someone available at that moment.I felt treated as an inconvenience and given a very insincere apology.
