I called to ask if they carried a specific brand of supplement; while they did not, they offered to special order it for me! This was so courteous and helpful! I will no longer have to drive far to get this product. I still visited this convenient location and purchased another brand to tide me over for the meantime. I plan to be a loyal customer as they have truly earned my business....rare to find these days.

I recently visited Simply Nutrition in Twelve Bridges, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. What stood out to me the most is that all of their items are individually curated by the owners. This attention to detail really sets them apart.The staff at Simply Nutrition is incredibly knowledgeable. During my visit, I purchased some dye-free items, snacks, and herbs. Shannan assisted me in selecting everything I needed. What impressed me the most was her ability to explain why these specific products were the right choice for me. It made the shopping process not only enjoyable but also educational.It feels like I've discovered a new favorite store. I just learned that they offer free local delivery, which is simply amazing. This place literally has everything you need! Let's talk about GREAT customer service, you will not a better place around that provides that. I feel like now more that ever that is one thing that has down the drain, definitely not here! The owners are amazing and take the time to help find you a product for all of your needs as do all of their staff members. SHOP LOCAL!!!

I love this store. Anytime I have ailments and explain symptoms. I was always able to get remedies that actually worked. I have sent many people to the store since I am an advocate of natural and holistic remedies. The owner is very knowledgeable and I cannot day enough about this store. I am glad this store is in Twelve Bridges, close to my home. Kudos for a great business!

I suffer from anxiety ,sleep disorder and a little bit of arthritis. I have been trying many different companies and many different stores, so when I went in to this store, I asked the man, did he have gummies samples. ( There was a sign posted outside near the street that said they did) He told me No. I explained to him that I was tired of Paying $90+ to see if things work, many times. He gave me this tiny topical packet. I called when I got home and the lady who answered the phone said that they do give sample gummies. So I'm wondering if it's because I am a minority that he decided not to do that?? I will send my husband undercover ( who is a Caucasian man) to see if this is true across-the-board.
