The Region Area Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, abusive to the store management staff, and local vendors. I watched her yell at and berate the atore manager and then scream at a cendor who was just dropping of supplies for the store.
If this is what passes for upper management then the company needs to be disolved.

Got gas. The car wash button is right where you hit yes to purchase fuel. So bought a car wash I didn’t need. Went inside to get a car wash refund, was told I can only get a refund when the manager is there from 5 AM to 2 PM during the week which is ridiculous. The staff should be allowed to give refunds due to this terrible setup. I know for a fact this happens all the time. I would like a refund without having to drive all the way back to this place during said times. Please fix this button setup.

Most of the pumps require you pay inside and the ones that do take payment are so painfully slow you'll end up buying a carwash by mistake. If you do get a carwash half the time it will shut off in the middle and leave your car covered in soap. When you want a refund on the carwash or anything else the cashier will tell you to come back when the manager is in to get a refund. Unfortunately the manager is only in M-F 5am-1pm so if you work during that time or you're from out of town you're screwed. If you do come back for a refund the manager is rude and argumentative, especially about the carwash and will insist you did something wrong. Unless you really need cheap gas and want all the hassle, go to another station.

Pump always shuts off early and repeatedly. I have to click it a bunch of times to get just a little bit each time. Wash basins are never working. Terrible. Don't go here

I got gas here today. As I was paying at the pump, I saw a sign saying if I got a car wash, I would get 20 cents off per gallon. So I add on a $13 car wash since I needed one anyway. I pump my gas, look at the receipt and realize it only took off my 10 cent reward and not the 20 cent car wash discount also. It doesn't say on the sign that you can't use rewards with the car wash discount anywhere. I go inside to see what they can do. I'm told by one employee that she's new and can't help me. The other employee working says "this isn't my store, so I can't help you". I said someone needs to and she repeated "this isn't my store". Then she looks at the receipt and says I was charged correctly. Gas was listed at 4.49 per gallon. It did the 10 cent raleys reward which made if 4.39 per gallon. Another 20 cents off would've been 4.19 per gallon but she said that wasn't correct and then said that the owner probably got an email saying the price of gas should've gone up and that maybe the price on the signs was wrong. She said again that the "owner was sleeping and this wasn't her store". I was then told I'd have to come back in the morning because there was no way to fix it. Uh NO! I asked for a refund for the car wash which she very reluctantly did and then kept my receipt. Pretty disappointed in the false advertising and the lack of customer service. Makes me want to switch back to shopping at Safeway for their gas rewards instead.

I like the fact that this gas station is very close to the grocery store because I can't even tell you how many times I've gone to a grocery store and need to get gas and had to drive a few miles away just to get gas in my car this is very conveniently located they have great gas prices and when you buy a car wash it makes your gas cheaper very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very friendly helpful staff this location is also taking the proper measurements with COVID-19 requiring masks when entering into the gas station establishment of course you don't need a mask on when you're getting your gas in your car but when you go into the store to buy snacks etc. Very nice establishment very convenient I have gotten car washes here before and it has been very impressed with them good prices conveniently located my car is bigger so trying to wash my car is a challenge so it's nice to be able to take my car through a car wash I can do all the hard work for me LOL I highly recommend this establishment for anyone very nice very convenient I will definitely be coming back here again very soon thank you again see you soon happy Easter

I've been to this gas station quite a few times. Nothing spectacular. But today 3/7/21 at about noon. An older woman with curly blonde hair (employee) locked the store and helped a very elderly woman pump her gas. This was amazing and I've never seen anyone so caring and helpful. I hope she sees this! You're amazing and this company I hope is grateful to have you.

Clean and easy to get to. Never really too busy but their gas prices are always cheaper than most around the area. Their drinks inside are super expensive like almost a dollar more than most gas stations.
