I came in about five minutes before closing and desperately needed a key copy made for early tomorrow morning. The employees on shift tonight were so incredibly helpful and kind, I just had to write a review to show my gratitude for their excellent service and immense kindness

I was helped out by a very nice young man, I think his name was Luke or Lucas. My husband and I aren't very able to lift things into our car due to our age so Luke graciously asked if we would like some help. Well done with this hire, Lowe's.
