They repaired my wife's wedding band that had a loose diamond. Very reasonable price and the turn around was about 10 days. I'd recommend this place. They have new jewelry as well as used consignment pieces.

These people are wonderful. I brought my grandfather's glasses to be repaired that I've had since he died 45 yrs ago. Also brought my wife's bracelet in that was horribly tarnished. They only charged me $20 to fix the glasses and polished the bracelet for free. I can't even express how happy we are with their kind and professional service! A+++

Third time coming in. I've noticed the prices fluctuate. Paid 5.00 for a watch battery for my Michael Kors watch a year ago. It was $5.00, then 8.00 now it's 10.00. I know everything has gone up, but all within a year??I know inflation hurts us all, but shouldn't you be appreciative to the clientele that returns? "No thanks for coming in". Or anything.. zilch.. Nothing. No customer service whatsoever. Times have definitely changed. Especially with customer support and service. She just handed my change, and that was it. Everyone else at her counter received a "hello", "have a great day", but I guess it just wasn't a good day. I think I'll get better service from a battery display at my local Target store. Lol

Will never recommend this jewelry store to anyone. I went in to see if they could cut my ring off. The lady said that the jeweler just left. I couldn't go back the next day. So I called Thursday, left a message to have them call me back. Here it is Sunday, and still not a call from them. Went somewhere else tohave my ring cut off. Was VERY SATISFIED on how they treated me. Will definitely go back to get my ring resized and fixed.

VERY IMPRESSED with the staff and quality of work. Recently moved to Lincoln, and broke a pendant which is very important to me. I actually thought I broke the O-ring which held the pendant to the chain, but upon inspection the jeweler showed me a tiny crack in the pendant itself where it had disconnected. He fixed it in 1 day and at a VERY FAIR price. The staff of ladies have all been friendly and kind. Please support this local business--they do great work and also have BEAUTIFUL pieces throughout the store.

My husband and I have been married 46 wonderful years and he recently lost his wedding ring. He was very upset since he told me it was his most prized possession. After searching everywhere for it, I suggested we take our wedding picture of our hands with our rings to Lincoln Jewelry to see if they could duplicate it. They did an outstanding job of magnifying the pictures and together with us doing sketches on paper came up with a very near perfect replication of his ring! I just picked it after Nancy let us know it complete......what a great Christmas Eve surprise! Thank you Nancy and all the great people at a great local business! Debi Wagner

I recently moved to Lincoln from SoCal and the only piece of jewelry I wear, my beloved AJ necklace broke! Since I am new here, I asked someone where I could get it repaired and they recommended Bianca's Fine Jewelry in Roseville. They gave me an estimate of $110!!! For a necklace that didn't even cost $60!!! So I searched Yelp and this place had great reviews and it was close to me too! They couldn't have been friendlier and they said they could solder the chain for $20. Seemed fair to me. The work was exceptional and they cleaned my necklace to. It actually sparkles now and I feel like I am wearing a brand new piece of jewelry. Thanks Lincoln Jewelers. I highly recommend this place. Love & Kale, Chef AJ

Went to have my rings soldered and I chose to pay at drop off, well when my husband went to pick up 3ish weeks later they had no record of payment and charged us AGAIN to get my rings back. Total scam won't be back.

The people who work here were so friendly. One of the hoop earings that my husband gave me before we got married, the latch broke after 24 years. I took it to Lincoln Jewlers and they fixed it for me the same day. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely do not take your jewelry here for repair. Unless you want to wait over a month for them to do it. Very unprofessional. Took two pieces of jewelry that both required a simple fix, they told us 10 days maximum. Called on the 10th day, told us it would be ready the next day, no call. Went in on the 12th day, they still hadn't done it, and did it as we were in there waiting... both pieces took 10 mins max. Do NOT recommend.

I wanted to get my wedding ring cleaned and diamonds checked. Of course I was prepared to pay for the service since I did not purchase the ring here. In no time at all my ring was sparkling new again and Lincoln Jewelers would not take any money for this amazing service. The owner said they do that for everybody. Just stellar customer service. I know where I will be purchasing any future jewelry.
