I had my 100 year old side by side shotgun repaired. The repair works perfectly and the cost was very reasonable! The turnaround time was also very reasonable. What more can one ask.

Doesn't matter if you are a novice or experienced in firearms, the folks here are terrific and will take care of you. They are focused on safety, education and compliance. No attitude or condescension like other gun shops I've been too. I was very comfortable and felt welcome as a beginner. Prices might be a bit higher here but you can trust what you are getting and service can't be beat!

Lincoln Gun Exchange is -the- best local gun dealer in the area. Everyone here is so welcoming and approachable. With the shop a few minutes away from me, sometimes (truthfully, oftentimes), I come by simply to chat and pass time. Their humor and wealth of knowledge make an otherwise mundane day that much better. Prices are reasonable, and the selection of 1911s (for which I have a soft spot) and used/consignment finds is one of the most varied and intriguing. I highly recommend this place, and would look no further! *Also, I learned that they're dog-friendly too! I can see it being a non-judgmental, safe place for dogs to socialize.

These guys are the most helpful, down to earth, gun experts I've ever been to. Great knowledge and great customer service, something that is sorely lacking in other shops, such as Outdoorsmens Warehouse, and other local stores. If you want to be comfortable and treated right, this is the place to go! It is now the only gun shop I will go to...

Costs are high and they are rarely available to answer the phone. Being open 4 days a week is limiting.

Super nice group of guys here. I hopped in last minute before they closed to check out the shop for the first time and they were just as welcoming as if they had just opened. I know that’s hard as I’ve worked retail before. Prices look reasonable too!

Found some cool antique firearms. I love antique firearms and I found a nice Winchester 22 gallery gun. Love it. Nice and friendly staff eager to answer your questions. I drove all the way from Los Banos to shop there. Well worth the trip.

Well seeing how i work in customer service and give good service I would expect the same type of service from a small business like this but today when I picked up my gun it felt like i was unappreciated felt like I was processed through as fast as possible I asked questions about ammo got short answers printed over there and said any of those will work well let's think here a first time buyer at this store you think I'm gonna go back nope I won't recommend it I won't go back no thank you not for the price i paid bass pro shop and Sportsmans warehouse will give you better customer service than this business if you want to support a small business J&g are the place worth the drive!

One of the best experiences at a gun shop. Some places treat you like you are a nuisance, the opposite was true here. Misha (sorry if I misspelled your name) although he was busy was very helpful and attentive. Makes the customer feel appreciated. Definitely worth a wait.
