old equipment is amazing however they don’t take care of them and a lot of the cables and machines don’t work correctly or aren’t put together correctly, however the worst is the 1 year contract and the provider they use to do so creating a almost impossible way to get out of even if you move 40+ miles away. not worth the monthly price tag a bit.

We have belonged to Lincoln Fitness since June of 2023. We really like this gym. It’s clean, lots of equipment and numerous classes and very friendly staff. Few negatives, equipment is older but for the most part functional.

I normally don't like to post negative about a facility and do my best to try and discuss with a business respectfully, and cordially but the disrespect I was treated with and customer service was just horrendous. I came in to cancel today during normal business hours at 10am and was told I could not cancel my membership as there was not a manager available and to come back. I explained to the front desk that I am coming from out of town now and that I have lost my job and if he could call a manager or owner to help with cancelling my membership as this was unfortunately not an option for me. The front desk just responded with the owner is just going to say you have to come in when he's here. I again explained how embarrassing it is to even come in and explain I don't have an income or means to come back and kindly asking if he could call an owner or manager and let them know my situation. We actually went back and forth with conversation before he finally called his manager and says I have this guy in front of me that's not listening to me and wants to cancel and I told him you have to be here. I just couldn't believe he had no sympathy as he relayed none of the actual situation. I just wonder if it had been one of his family members would he have treated them the same? Should I have mentioned that I also just lost a family member with my circumstance for him to not call an owner or manager with concern. While being a member I had nothing but good things to say for it to end like this. He finally printed out a paper with my agreement and said read this as it's our policy of how to cancel. So I read it aloud and it said that I must give written notice to cancel. I said perfect you could have just had me write on paper to give written notice. So I gave written notice on the agreement signed and dated and then his response was to take the agreement because he was just going to shred it. Being in the fitness industry for 15 years I honestly could not believe how this was handled and definitely had to share. Sending prayers to the front desk that hopefully he never has to go through circumstances like I am for him to have more understanding to try and take care of someone. Unfortunately, I'm left with now nothing good to say about this facility and can see why others have posted about the cancelation process and still being charged is obviously true. I truly hope this helps for them to straighten up there staff and customer service especially to be a locally owned business.

Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband went in person to cancel then months later they started charging us again in February. Claim they have no record of him even canceling. They continue to take money from us each month and we're already struggling to get by. They claim we owe them $700 and will accept $400 to stop the monthly payments. They literally have us trapped by saying they will send us to collections if we change our card info. And they refuse to stop charging us monthly until we pay them money that we somehow "owe them" it's so frustrating

I would give 0 starts if I could. During covid, they said to email and send letters to cancel memberships. I sent MANY letters and emails that went unanswered. They continued to bill me up until a few months ago when I was finally able to change banks. They reached out to me last week to fix my membership billing info and I told them what happened and not to contact me.Then TODAY I get automated texts from them, I replied STOP, and then got another telemarketing call from them later in the afternoon. What a joke. I recommend going literally anywhere else to workout.Update: they continue to harass me almost daily with automated calls to collect fees. Nearly 2 months later I get multiple spam calls in a row.

Avoid at all costs. Scummy - money hungry management. Submitted my cancellation to the front desk and continue to get charged monthly. After calling multiple times with no success they sent me a text message threatening to send me to collections. Avoid this place.
