I would never do business with this company again. The Broker Larry Goodrow pulled my credit without my authorization. They also did not inform us that they are operating on a probational status. Lighthouse Mortgage Company has several violations on the DRE website. Be careful!

Buying, selling or refinancing a home are huge events in one's life.For me...I make an extra effort to go out of my way to make sure I see and deal with my hair stylist and auto mechanic as they are very important and supper hard to find and trust.Larry Goodrow with Lighthouse Mortgage is one of those I depend on and trust. He has supported us on all 3 steps (buying, selling and refinancing). Even though he is a little farther away from us, he still is our go to guy! Thank you Larry for providing us with the services and trust we required during all of our home needs. Looking forward to helping us with our final retirement home. Larry was so unprofessional that we had to switch lenders in the middle of closing escrow. Many years later he still reaching out to "see how things are going", as if nothing had ever happened.I will never ever consider doing business with this company, the only reason I mention this company to friends and family is, so they won't fall in their bad ethics.

Was looking to buy a home and son told us about Larry Goodrow at lighthouse mortgage, we called him and we were so impressed , we have bought several homes in the past but never have we had a better experience, he was always there for us , got back to us quickly and works very hard to make it happen , he is the best in our opinion! We’re on our second loan with him now ! If you want the best , Larry is it , so pleased !

Not only was he easy to work with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure whatsoever, and honestly cares about his clients, I cannot recommend him enough, and never felt more at ease with such a huge purchase. My husband and my experience working with Larry Woodrow was an excellent one!! We found Larry to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in our long distance search for two homes. He provided virtual tours, did some measuring for us, very quick reply for any questions we had, prepared many offers assisting us with great advice, showed us around when we were in town and extended one of our closing signings as I wasn't available due to my mother's illness. Not only does he know his stuff, he is kind hearted! You won't go wrong with Larry!!
