My nephew needed a tow due to a blow out. Horizon towing was dispatched. The guy that came didn’t want to do it due to rain so he made up excuses that the car was too low. Another company happily came and did it afterwards. The horizon tow guy was just lazy and unfriendly

I had to get my car towed on 12/29/23 because the alternator was out. When I picked up the car where it was dropped off my alignment was way off. The steering wheel was facing the left side instead of straight so I took it in for an alignment fix and the mechanic showed us the bent tie rods. Mind you I haven't driven the car since it was towed and I did not have alignment issues beforehand. I called and the owner was rude about making a claim. I do not recommend this tow company due to the negligence of handling my car properly.

This place is horrible, I called for a tire change they informed my insurance they would be here within 1-1:30. A whole hour goes by and I finally call them they said I had to call my company cause they had no drivers to do the job. I had to call my insurance and wait another 2 hours for another tow truck to do the job which they came and left too without assisting first.

Great tow! Very accommodating and kind. We were stranded with a broke down car in the middle of nowhereon Thanksgiving and they made sure we got home.

4 out of 5 stars for a couple reasons 1 called for a update and the guy was to go to the yard first for whatever reason then would be coming to me, brought a wrecker instead of a flat bed for my 370Z , then arrived telling me he couldn't tow because the exhaust would scrap..Overall the 2hr process was ok and understandable. I guess I need to specify when a tow goes into the queue that a flat bed is required So Thank you and I'm sure all will be better next time.

This driver had to come a very long distance and he did it in a very fast period of time. He kept me posted the entire way and did an amazing job. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend horizon coming.
