We have been bringing our vehicles her for many years now. The service is good and the service technicians always explain what they are doing and if they recommend any additional services. they also do not pressure us if we want to wait on a recommended service the next time we come in. Gam helped us with our last service on Friday March 22. He was professional, courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and competitive. No service is performed without prior authorization. This location is convenient and easy to get to and we usually can get an appointment fairly quickly. Highly recommend this Firestone.

I had my car serviced at the Firestone in Lincoln, CA and was very pleased with the attention and service I received. When I picked up my car, James went over all the work that was done and walked me to the car to make sure my power driving wheel fluid light was not on. I called several other places to get my oil changed and check the steering wheel fluid and they had the best price and are conveniently located near me. They also told me what the dealer would recommend for service according to my mileage and advised me if I needed to have that done. I would highly recommend them.

They blamed a broken lug nut on me. They said it was stripped but I suspect that they stripped or overtightened it during the wheel install and it snapped off. They wanted to charge me $120 extra to replace the broken lug nut. I said no. They gave me my car back with a missing lug nut which the should have replaced for free and for safety reasons. Also the the old Firestone tires which I had them replace, about 5-6 years old, and had only 39000 miles on them, they were showing signs of cracks in the side wall and small chunks of rubber coming off the tread area. They gave me a $100 credit on the new tires. I took the car in at around 10am and it was ready around 4pm. I always feel uneasy about going to auto repair shops and this Firestone store did not make me feel any better about auto repair shops.

Very friendly staff. Brought my 2015 sienna for tire repair, brake and car inspection. Turns out that my tire didn't need any repair. They rotated my tires and did an inspection of the entire vehicle, the price is very reasonable. Will definitely be back for my vehicle maintenance needs.

I've been going to this firestone for years, but the last time I went I got just a basic oil change like I usually do. I was charged $150!?? I'm a woman and idk anything about cars except that this was way too much. They gave me like a 10% off coupon bc i couldn't wrap my head around that price, still such BS. I used to trust this place but they definitely ripped me off so I'm never coming back !!!!

Supposedly, their computer system is outdated. I made my appointment online, but unfortunately, they couldn't accept it because their local store isn't linked to the online scheduling system. Consequently, they terminated my appointment as they couldn't fit me in.

If you are looking for a shop that is NOT reliable, this is your spot! I have been using this location for 15+ years since it opened, and usually just drop off the vehicle and either wait or come back. I have made appointments in the store for front end alignments. I am very busy right now and have limited time in my schedule, so I made an online appointment and got a confirmation email. Well, the staff at this location thought it would be a good idea to call me while I was asleep (with the phone in Do Not Disturb) the day prior to my appointment, and leave me a message that my appointment was cancelled and to "disregard my confirmation email". So, I showed up for my appointment, and the staff seemed very pleased to tell me that they had called at 0713 the day prior to cancel my appointment, but I could leave the vehicle with them and maybe they would have it ready in 5 hours. That is pathetic service offered to a customer that had been to their shop at least 15 times. Never again.

I put my Firestone Services on my Firestone membership card. Twice they did not send me an invoice/bill for the services for over two months. Now I know that they purposely hold sending out their bill for services so they can charge "late payment fees" using CFNA as they collect even more money from customers! If their bills/invoices were mailed to customers each month clients could pay them on time and avoid their "late payment fees". What a scam Firestone and CFNA are!!!

I am a caregiver for my mom who is on hospice and not doing well. Thought I better make an appt to get my truck scheduled for oil change and tires rotated before an upcoming road trip. So I called a week and a half ahead of time to make an appt. I speak to a male who tells me 9:15 on 10/17 is fine. When I arrive some old man is rude and point blank says you are not on the schedule. Offers nothing else. So of course I tell him I'm not happy I'm a caregiver and I don't have much time. I only have a caregiver on Monday morning and Tuesday. He said well your truck is not going to be seen today. We're too booked. For an oil change? At 9:15 in the morning you can't get in an oil change? Somethings not right. I left and went to Spee Dee in Rocklin. Pacific street. Wonderful service! Very happy! And they are friendly!! You don't have to put up with rude people!

Since I had my flat fixed late one day, had them do my radiator replacement...thought I would gom by today and get a quote for front brakes and shocks all around. went in, new people at the computers, was hoping to find the manager(a lady) as she was very informative and knowledgeable. Not there. So I waited while gentleman took care od a customer, then he went into the shop and was gone. another guy was training someone, after about 10 minutes another guy came in and was waited on by the trainer. I waitred another 5 minutes or so and walked around and then left. Guess they have enough business they don't need mine anymore.

My husband Robert and I have been bringing our cars here for maintenance for about 6 years now . The lobby area is very clean and organized everyone is super friendly and nice . We been working and communicating with Tim and he is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I only trust my cars here and I will continue to bring them here . This location is very convenient and near my home the prices are very reasonable. Tim always calls us and is very transparent about the problem and the prices before he proceeds with the service. Overall we will definitely continue bringing our cars here .
