What a wonderful facility and service FieldHaven sanctuary for cats and kittens provides for this area. Some very kind and friendly people working diligently to fill the needs of a no kill shelter for felines of all ages. Always in need of supplies and support, please consider donating and supporting this worthwhile cause.

I adore FieldHaven and all of their staff. They spayed my adorable fur babies Thelma and Poppy for a great price. They took wonderful care of my girls and the staff were super sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing spay services in the surrounding areas. The prices are great and the property is beautiful. 10 out of 10!!!

We got our sweet kitten from FieldHaven during last summer's kitten boom. They and their fosters were full to the brim, so my kitten was with several others in temporary care at Companion Vet in Auburn. FieldHaven made sure I had all the meds I needed to clear up her conditions, and paid for her spay. Their facility is spotless with excellent veterinary facilities.
Anyone leaving bad reviews on here (all 3 of them) has no idea what it takes to run a rescue. They are not your dumping ground when you won't take care of your animals. There will literally never be enough room at any rescue for the floods of pathetic animals they are trying to save. I cannot imagine the daily pain of the caretakers seeing this never ending misery.
FieldHaven is the epitome of what a rescue organization should be.

Useless and refused to help a cat in desperate need of being helped. A cat's owner died and the cat is constantly being attacked by violent cats in her own home to the point that she won't eat or drink and the new home can't afford to do anything else for her. Fieldhaven refused to do anything helpful but a "courtesy post" if the cat was healthy and vaccinated. Didn't care about financial conditions or anything. I'm no longer helping this organization as a volunteer. They don't help at all even if you give them free labor, but they sure do like to talk about how many cats they save! Not this one though. This cat was not deserving of Fieldhaven's help.

Not very happy with the way my cat came home from is neutering appointment. We agreed to snip his ear a tiny bit to show he is fixed to others who see him roaming but they did much more than just snip his ear. They cut almost half of it off. We only agreed because of the photos we saw of cats with tiny little dents in their ears and we figured you’d barely notice. But this is more than noticeable and we are very upset for us and our cat. Obviously there’s nothing we can do about since it can’t grow back but we are very hurt by how this procedure was done. Be ware that if you chose to have this done your cat may come back looking like this. Overall, not happy with this experience.

There is no way to express my gratitude to Fieldhaven. They have helped us get two of our kitties spayed one of whom we saved and the other adopted who was in need of a home. If you are unable to afford the huge expense of spaying or neutering at the typical cost, they offer low cost. It's not just a slogan where you find out it's really expensive. They care deeply.During the Maui fires, they had a team on the ground. Here in California they save as many in desperation as possible. As stated above, they also serve cats who have families in need of low cost spay/ neuter and also I believe the most needed vaccines. However, due to extreme need, there is often a waiting list. Therefore, look as soon as possible for your appointment by going online.

There’s no better feline sanctuary in a more beautiful setting. We love coming to FieldHaven to visit the cats and the volunteers. The property has horses and rolling green hills with a sense you’re far away from the city and deep into the country. There are barn cats in their special barn-like buildings and domestic cats and kitties inside their house with excellent medical care. Always rescuing cats far and wide, this is wonderful place to adopt.
