This is my go-to repair service in Lincoln, CA. All service people are polite and knowledgeable as well as efficient in all matters of solutions. As an elderly woman I have had some big and small repair work on my elderly Nissan. Even when I came in once for a window lock issue Chris politely took me over to my car and showed me the magic button that released the safety lock and never charged me for the instruction. I rely on Duncan's preventative advice and follow it knowing the are the authority whether or not I bring donuts. Sincerely...Carolyn Quinn ?

After 5 hours, had to call for update. They informed me that they needed to order parts and would need car for another day and would cost $445…….it was just a replacement horn!
Something obviously was missing from communication not to mention being without a vehicle when no one was even looking at it. Disappointed.

This place was a godsend!! They were helpful
Knowledgeable and helped me with my BMW which most mechanics charge an arm and a leg for and they were extremely fair and only did the work I asked for and charged me for nothing else I live in San Francisco and I will be driving all the way back up to Lincoln to have them do work on my car again in the future. I take my vehicles to to Duncan automotive because they do good work and above all they are honest.
They diagnosed my Chevy with bad water pump but also informed me that it was still under the warranty I thought was expired.
They referred me to a local dealership that fixed it free of charge.

Excellent timely service and price was right. We had our car towed Saturday late afternoon and left us stranded in an Airbnb. Duncan’s diagnosed and fixed the issue on Monday. They even gave us a ride back to the shop! I highly recommend this place.

I had my car towed to Duncan’s Automotive last week. My car has 197,000 miles on it and this was the first time it ever needed any special work done on it. The folks at Duncan’s Automotive were extremely competent and comprehensive. They were efficient and timely in all stages of getting the car fixed and back on the road again. They do not overcharge or add extra things. They tell you what is wrong, how much it will cost to fix it, and then they fix it! I have been extremely happy with their services and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to have their car repaired that is reasonable, efficient, and not overpriced like the dealerships! Satisfaction guaranteed!!

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I reached out to Duncan in regards to repair work that had been previously done for the prior owner.
When I mentioned A small related issue, they suggested I bring the vehicle into them and they would handle it. They subsequently made an appointment and I brought the vehicle in and they took care of the smog free of charge. An awesome experience and they have gained a new customer

Great team of people! Knowledgeable in what they do. They found my car’s smog issue, smogged it, checked the tire pressure, etc. I was in and out within a couple hours. Nice cool customer lounge to wait in. I’m stoked to have Duncan’s Automotive as my “PIT CREW” ????
