Terrible terrible service again. My fault for not changing my Rx to a different pharmacy. MD put RX in on 1/5/23. By 1/7/23 still not filled. I went in person and they were out of stock of the medications. They ordered it and said it would the next day after 3:00pm. I called 1/8 at 3:49 pm and they said the Rx was in and they would fill it right away. Arrived 5:00pm and Rx had not been filled. Here I sit after 1 hour still waiting for the pharmacy Tech Bryan to fill the RX. Bryan is extremely rude, curt and insensitive to patients. I witness one patient after another be talked down to and dismissed. Horrible!

Walgreens is having issues as a whole due to loss. I ordered an online delivery and three of the four products weee out but not in their inventory. The growing theft issue is impacting the Lincoln store. Slaps on the hands are not the deterrents needed to stop this issue which is now affecting Lincoln residents.

the worst pharmacy customer service ever. They don't care one bit about you. when they are serving you they give you the feeling your bothering them. Dont waste your time with them. Go somewhere else. They are not worth your time.

I would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacist here is always rude and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Don't come here. Pick up your medication somewhere else.. the Rocklin location is much better and worth the extra drive.

I'm done with this place. I have given this Walgreens FIVE individual chances at getting my medication on time. I went to pick up a medication (which they said was ready three hours before) and it wasn't ready. I had to wait awhile for it so I'm done I hope you find this helpful.

I made an appointment using Walgreen's online appointment system to get Covid, RSV & Flu vaccinations. Appointment was made & Walgreen's sent me reminders about it. Arrived at appointment & was told that the pharmacy did not have Covid or RSV vaccines. None of that was communicated to me before. That's poor customer service & poor management. A simple system should be in place to reserve a dose when the appointment is made.

Very nice and helpful staff .But they need some help on receiving incoming calls . But it's a lot better than it used to be on most days

Literally choose any other pharmacy if you want to get your medication.Their service is very slow and when you call in advance to get your prescription filled, it's never ready when you come to pick it up. Even when you call multiple days in advance!

Anybody have any idea what's been going on with the pharmacy here? It was totally normal for like 10 years then about 6 months ago, it completely flew off the rails. My 4 prescriptions somehow randomly lost their synch, so now I have to go 4 separate times per month to pick them up. At one point they also randomly lost their auto fill, which took multiple requests to get resolved. Lately, the auto fill order gets placed....it just doesn't get filled, which means I have to show up in person and wait anywhere from 15-45 mins in line (seriously, I time my wait times on my iPhone times now) only to be told to wait another hour for a prescription that should have been filled 5 days ago. This week, I went on Monday and stood in line in person to request a refill (don't even think about calling-- you'll be on hold literally all day) and was told "I'll put it in right now and it will be ready in 2 hours." After receiving no follow up, I went back in today and stood in line for 15 mins only to be told that it needed to be put in and would be ready in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and waited another 35 mins in line. I've been told multiple times that they're understaffed, but this is totally wild.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I really like this store ! My issue is the pharmacy so my review is only for the pharmacy. I went to Walgreens to pick up my son's medication. There was nobody in the desk to help everybody was I believe getting the prescriptions ready for other people and there was another person helping a drive-through car. I waited maybe 10 minutes or so and there was nobody in line but me. Once somebody finally helped me they said my prescription was not ready and it would take 20 minutes and I understand so I stuck around shopped a little bit waited for 20 minutes. When I went back after the 20 minutes, there was a huge line and I waited 40 minutes to pick up the prescription I don't know if they're understaffed but waiting 40 minutes it's not OK..

Worst pharmacy in the area they get absolutely nothing done I've visited three times now and they have told me three times that my prescription is not yet ready over the course of a week not sure what the hell they do at work but it's definitely not their job. If you need a prescription filled this would be the last placed on my list of places to go

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy around. Do yourself a favor and send prescriptions somewhere else. Nothing like having surgery and not being able to get your medication.

Four times prior it has taken scheduled vaccine appointments 1.5 hours to be completed. The shortest visit from the time of arrival, to the time of being vaccinated took one hour and thirteen minutes. Today we walked in and there were seven people in line at 6:45pm. The gentleman in front of us was taking pictures of the line because of how ridiculous is was. At 7:00pm I walked up to a window to inquire about checking in for our 7:00 pm appointment, so we can get this process started. We scheduled this appointment three weeks ago. The pharmacist said "unfortunately you'll have to be wait in the line for us to help you". The line was now down to six people fifteen minutes later. We immediately left. I thought we should share our experience so others know to not waste your time here. The staffing and the company are extremely incompetent at time management, and maintaining an appropriate workflow.

The service at the pharmacy is an absolutely mockery. They call you using an automated service to tell you your prescription is ready, it probably isn't! Several situations where the call system has been inaccurate. Three people in line around me where turned away because their life saving meds weren't ready yet. They told me my prescription wasn't ready and they wouldn't be able to fill it because they were taking an extended break in the middle of the day (no joke)... I won't even go into the bad attitude of the dark haired woman who was working the drive through later that week. If you can get your prescription filled elsewhere, I highly recommend it.
