Lincoln location offered Excellent service by a very cordial staff. Has an excellent selection of holistic pet food. Sure wish we had one in Yuba City. The drive is a bit far but my pup is worth it.

Went there to wash our labrador. They have a very clean self dog washing station. It was a great price also.They also have a nice selection of pet food, treats and toys. So glad I found this place.

Love the store but the inability to keep stock of my cat's Almo Nature Tuna in Broth(Pacific and Atlantic) has drove me to Amazon. When speaking with the workers about it, we are told "some guy buys the entire case when they come in". We have special ordered through them and received it, but that's an additional hassle that we don't need. Please work on your Perpetual Inventory software to keep an additional 1-2 cases in stock at all times. It's obviously a big seller, so sell it.....

Bens Barkplace is a amazing store and there's everything you'd ever need all in one place .. All the employees are very friendly and helpful .. I work with Casey a lot . He has went above and beyond for me when I've needed anything including store transfers at the last minute .. He is extremely polite and it's always a pleasure to work with him . Thank you Casey i appreciate your dedication !!

Great pet shop. Love the option of the self service dog washing station. Everything needed to clean our lab (minus a towel) without the mess or clogging of the drain in our tub.
