These guys hate their job and it shows. I just needed to pick up two boxes of fuses, but after a few minutes of standing at the counter waiting for one of the TWO employees to ring me up, I ended up leaving the fuses and walking out. I will stick with O'Reilly from now on. I wish I could give zero stars as it is a more accurate representation of the level of service I experienced. Never again, Autozone.

My husband goes here often. This particular location is very busy and there is usually a long wait. They always seem under staffed here.

Although my issue was a pretty easy fix, Jacob helped me out big time. Not only did he reassure me that my battery was an easy fix, but he also made sure that I got a replacement battery that was under warranty. Also, he went above and beyond and helped me replace my battery, made sure my car would start after we replaced it, and was extremely nice the entire time while helping me. I dont know alot about cars, and sometimes get a little imtimidated going to people with my car problems, but now I know that I can rely on Autozone in Lincoln to help me out. All thanks to Jacob!
