“Although my issue was a pretty easy fix, Jacob helped me out big time. Not only did he reassure me that my battery was an easy fix, but he also made sure that I got a replacement battery that was under warranty. Also, he went above and beyond and helped me replace my battery, made sure my car would start after we replaced it, and was extremely nice the entire time while helping me. I dont know alot about cars, and sometimes get a little imtimidated going to people with my car problems, but now I know that I can rely on Autozone in Lincoln to help me out. All thanks to Jacob!”
