I needed a tow, looked up someone on Google Maps, called for a tow, got picked up within the ETA window and dropped off where I needed to go. It cost exactly what they said it would. No complaints.

From the moment I walked in, I felt WELCOME. What sets ACE Body Shop apart is their willingness to accommodate each customer with essential and unique body work, something not commonly found elsewhere.
Pedro Alcala, also known as Pete, is the owner/manager. He exemplifies professionalism, chivalry and the embodiment of customer service. He recognizes customer service as an essential part of any business, and sincerely applies this to all who patron his services.
He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and his work was exceptional. With over 30 years in the business, ACE Body Shop and Towing has undoubtedly perfected their craft.

I called my insurance for a tire change, a teenage kid offers to help remove my tire, then the tow truck shows up as he’s removing it and instead of getting off to see if they could take over or if we still need help they holler from a mile away if were ok. The kid nods and I thought they’ll get off and assist or take over, denied they left, without ensuring they did their job which they are paid to do, I just looked at them not waving goodbye back to them thinking theyll turn around and finish their order. Nope. So I called and the dispatcher said they’ll send them back right away I waited 45 minutes and apparently their boss send them on another job right after but told me otherwise. Such shady and lazy people.

Had body repair done here!Jason and all is staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!! He ordered the parts and once they arrived he contacted me and work was completed in two days. The price was reasonable and lower than his estimate!He keeps you updated at all timesMy car looks like new!It is so nice to have such a talented repair shop so close
