High prices, poor services. I am a no haggle customer and was a pain to get info out of them. Why list them if you only have appointments only and don't even bother to answer the ads and scheduling them.Later edit: He said I am a bad person because I left him a 1* review for the above mentioned reasons. So if it makes the owner happy, I'll leave the review but up the rating to 5*. It's not my problem the way you run your business.

We purchased a 2008 scion XD for our daughter. Jeff seems to specialize in high mile Toyota's and Honda's as he knows those tend to be the most reliable. We were shopping at the Walmart next door and just happened to see the scion parked on the street. The price was seemed very reasonable for a toot-toot car for my daughter to eventually drive as her first car. The paint job was rough but the inside was clean. The mileage was 164K. Jeff was honest about the tires being worn and was open to my husband running a diagnostic tool he had to see if there were any significant issues. It did come up clear so we went ahead and bought it. I'll admit, the car has stalled at stop signs within the first day but overall it seems to run okay. We will be taking it to a mechanic to try to figure out the stalling issue but overall i feel like we got a good deal on a car that's not a "looker" at first sight.

I spoke with Jeff a few times on the phone and he was always very friendly and informative. I am from out of state and he was able to work with my family and I to get my car. The car itself is spotless and everything they said it would be. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a solid used car.

Just bought our second car here today! We loved our last car (Nissan Sentra) a lot it never had any issues we bought it about 4 or 5 years ago, we just got our family a gmc Denali xl! Will update if needed! Thanks Jeff for everything!

Just bought our second car from this dealer! Will update if needed, we just bought a 2003 Denali xl and our first one was a Nissan centra about 5 years ago! Both low miles! We were super happy with the first car we bought here years ago, and expect to be just as happy with this one! Thank you Jeff!

I bought a 1998 Honda Civic EX that was really nice from these people. They were on Fulton Ave at that time. I really really liked this car and had to have it. I came in and wrote down my offer which they refused. They told me they would accept nothing but full price on the car, which IMO, was too expensive and was much more than other car lots were asking for the same model car; however, I had already fallen in love with the gorgeous car so I came around to agreeing with the overly high price. I bought it outright for 6499$ if I remember right in 2008, I think it was. I immediately took the car and upgraded the stereo system, tinted the windows, put new door handles on it, put custom tires and rims on it, put in new struts and shocks on the car, replaced the timing belt and water pump, and changed the oil, put in a custom exhaust systema nd a fat chrome tail pipe! (the exhaust system sounded sweet!) I also put in new OEM headlights too, and finally had it detailed. It was expensive to do all that after purchasing the car - but let me tell you, after doing all that, the car looked AMAZING and drove brand new - drove like a dream and everything felt new! I took it back to show the guys at the dealership what I had done with it and they had to agree the car looked TOTALLY SWEET! I had the car for 6 long years and it never let me down! I had to replace the carbeurator at one point but I think my neighbor messed it up - i don't believe the car had the problem on its own .....had to replace the electric window regulator at least 3 times which became frustrating but it worked fine off the lot... I finally sold the car in 2013 because I fell on really hard times...that car had been amazing for me and still ran perfect until the day I had to sell it :( Would have given 5 stars if they would've negotiated the price with me but they refused to negotiate at all - so only 4 stars!

Super happy with the cars we have bought. Yes cars we have bought 3 cars from Jeff and all of them we got great deals. In fact we are ruined! Our first was a truck for my husband the second car was a GMC Envoy. Great price low mileage. Two weeks later I had a serious accident at the fault of another driver and my car was totaled. We then bought a Lexus hybrid RX 400h. I've run already 30,000 miles on this car and just so happy with my car. Thank you Jeff! Once the kids get their drivers license we will be going back for another car.
