When I imported my first motorcycle from Japan Maria and Victor walked me through everything I needed to do and even emailed me the forms to fill out. It was almost like a family member helping you and explaining every detail until you were comfortable with it. (Thanks Maria!) The day my crate arrived Maria called with the information of where to pick it up. I have used them numerous times over the years for importing both shipping containers and crates. This is what they do, and they know it inside out. It's as easy as it gets importing through Hahn Intl! 6 STARS

Victor & team are real pros - I was in the process of importing some art and, being totally naive to the process, was in need of help quickly. Victor rose to the occasion, picking up the phone near closing time on a Friday and finishing my job by Sunday evening! Highly recommend.

I had two puppies flying in from out of the country. I was not notified by my breeder that the flight required a broker. So I was scrambling at 5:30 pm on a Friday right before a holiday weekend to find a broker so I could pick up my dogs from an airport 4.5 hours away from me! I spoke with Victor and he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He assured me I’d be picking my dogs up and he would get all of my paperwork processed that night even on such short notice! He updated me every step of the process and made sure I had everything I needed to get my girls! I really appreciated the helpfulness and responsiveness of this business. I will certainly be saving their contact information for any future needs I may have for a broker!

I usually don't write anything on Yelp; however, these folks were amazing. Bought robots online to play with and the shipment ended up stuck in customs. Customs demanded to see a myriad of paperwork and turned an internet purchase into a major commercial use case. We're super unhelpful and told me to go and find a broker. If you see officer Jones behind the counter at Customs - try to get someone else or come after his shift is off. I went through the whole building with ten brokers in them and none would do it the same day. Most even wanted to do a credit check on me before doing anything. Plus it would take over a week to just get the paperwork together. Went across the street from Customs to Hahn and the owner, Victor, got everything done in less than an hour. And was upfront about the price. Customs even put some hold on my shipment because the officer in charge probably had a bad day. Victor cleared it in minutes and had the shipment picked up 20 minutes later. Now I have awesome robots roaming my house. Thanks, Victor. Cannot recommend enough.

Some people just don't have a clue about importing, fortunately Hahn Int'l and their team does! I can't speak highly enough of their teams knowledge and customer service. I have referred dozens of importers to them over the years.

After dealing with a handful of brokers on the phone, none could get my "personal" shipment cleared. The only dealt with "business" shipments. I was told that since the total was below $2500, I could clear it myself after getting the docs from the shippers warehouse. At customs, the officer did not accept my receipt of $2483 as valid. He said that it most likely went over $2500 and or was too close to the threshold of their rules. He stamped my paperwork and told me I needed a broker and that was final. It was 1:30pm, the warehouse closes at 5pm, and the next day would start to charge me storage fees. Frantically looking on my cell phone for a broker that handled "personal" items....I noticed Hahn International across the street rom the Customs building. I pulled in, and met David, explained what had happened and he led me inside where he introduced me to Victor. Victor started my process immediately! He knew I needed to pick up the package before closing time. I live 80 miles east of LA, took a day off work, and was in a pinch. Victor and David went the extra mile for me, and got me the docs I needed in 30 minutes. I cannot begin to tell you guys how stressed out I was until these guys assure me all would be well. Had I known all this before, I would have had Hahn International help me out from the beginning and avoided this nightmare. I can't thank you guys enough for your help, patience at my lack of understanding the import world, and speedy service. Thank you guys so much! All my future import business is yours. I am so lucky to have been referred to Hahn International for helping me through my first customs brokerage on importing sauces and pestos from Germany. Not knowing what you're supposed to do in this business can be very costly but Victor and his company know how to navigate these waters. Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy and for cutting through the bureaucracy. By the way, I sent him a thank you note st midnight last night.... and he responded!!! Who else does that?

worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Walked in and nobody said anything just looked at us. Finally we had to ask if someone could help us and then woman at the front says she's too busy. Then she looks to the other guy in the room and asks him if he wants to help and he just flat out says no. Then they tell us someone else can help us but we have to come back in an hour. Come back an hour later and ask the first guy in the office if the one we were waiting for was back, he acts flustered because I asked him a question and responds by telling me to come back in another hour. obviously this place was empty and run down because they are too busy to do business. found a way better broker down the street that was much more professional.

After some akward silence WE had to ask if someone could help us because we needed a broker to get a package through customs and the woman at the front said she was too busy. Then she looks to the other guy in the room and asks him if he wants to help... completely annoyed he just flat out says "no". Then they tell us someone else can help us but we have to come back in an hour. Come back an hour later and ask the first guy in the office if the one we were waiting for was back, annoyed that I even asked he says "I don't know where he is...." Ok.." come back in an hour" he says. Obviously this place was empty and run down because they are too busy to do business. found a way better broker down the street that was much more professional and curteous.

I had a very unique situation with getting a shipment cleared at customs. I had brought in 22 sample racing tires that other brokers did not want to help me with. Victor took on the task. From the moment we got on the phone, I knew he was going to take care of it for me. He knew exactly what I needed and what had to be done. I was reffered to him through a friend of a friend. I will now tell everyone about my experience with Hahn International.
