“I had a really good experience when I purchased an outdoor table that was on the floor and was missing screws. The manager Josh happened to be in the store shopping for himself and helped me a great deal. He got the guy from hardwear Cornelius to get me screws that I needed. The guys was really eager to help and very polite. I felt so well treated that I wanted to fill up home depot survey but there are wayyyy too many rabbit holes and it should have been straight forward. “Dan was great! Immediately understood the issue, replaced the non-functioning electric controls, set the clock for me, and tested the controls to see that everything worked as it should! Dan was knowledgeable and provided professional, courteous & cheerful customer service! He was in-and-out within 10 minutes, and put the oven through its paces to be sure everything works! Not like the lousy tech at Appliance Guard in Redondo Beach---he lied numerous times and was very rude---he left without checking the controls to make sure everything worked, (which, obviously it didn't!), as Dan had to install a whole new control panel! “The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!”

“As usual I took an old Singer treadle machine for light restoration and I was delighted. The bolt that held one side of the treadle had fallen out at some point. Not only did Sergio HAND MADE a bolt with the proper treading to replace the missing one but he cleaned the machine and got it running again. All for the same price originally quoted. I thought they'd just put a bolt with a nut through the hole and call it a day!Sergio and Rick are always happy to show you how it sews. They give me lessons on what the buttons and knobs do (I found an old manual but the live demonstrations are soooo appreciated.) They always allow me to take pictures or videos of anything they do. I know they are there if I need help with this or any of my other four machines!”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

“I'm so surprised that blue air has no reviews because we purchased an icemaker for a business that was leaking and normally a company, in our vent experience with other companies, we at times dealt with sweat the customer (us) - or try fix in the unit first with perhaps failed attempts and then we're down in this case our ice machine without any ice. We called and the tech came out the same day to assess the machine and the next day they just gave us a new machine installed it very professionally took the old one away. No hassle no haggling no this or that no finger-pointing that I was by looking forward to or would normally get from another company. (Apology but im somewhat effected from past experience with companies backing their product). So refreshing and super appreciated by us we will definitely use them again and would recommend them for sure to anyone.”

“Gotta love Costco!! Best gas and car wash prices! But they should install vacuums for the car wash.Wow— Their staff is so kind and patient!! I came in here at about 7:00 on a Friday night. You know I was not done shopping at 8:30 when they closed. ??I asked an employee about it, and she said they “sweep” the store starting at the back and work their way to the front (gently “guiding “ all the customers to the front—my words; I don’t mean anything negative by that?.) So I knew I could continue shopping until I was spoken to. ???????So that’s what I did!!??????I was able to get through almost the entire north section of the store before I got spoken to. ($600 later!!!)A young man “caught” me and very politely and apologetically said, “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re closed.” I began laughing and said, “Ok it’s cool. You tell me where you want me to go—a cashier line or self checkout?”He showed me the self-checkout to go to, and of course I had so much stuff that I needed help at least four times!The young man that was staffing that area was also very kind, helpful, and patient. The lady at the next register and I had gotten into a conversation as we were scanning our items. I had become so engrossed in what she was saying that I took my phone out to write some notes.This employee waited very patiently for a break in the conversation to ask me for my payment card. I felt a bit bad because I hadn’t realized he was waiting for me for that. But he was very nice about everything.So even though I spent $600, I feel much better after my Costco therapy—it helps a lot after a long, hard week at work!!The optical department has really hard workers, too. They wanted to make sure that all of us got served before closing. I told the lady, “You can only do one thing at a time.” It bothers me when companies pressure people like that because I know what that’s like. I’ve been living that for 30 years at my jobs.My thought is, “If they don’t get to me before they close, then it’s my fault for not getting here earlier.”Also, regarding optical: without insurance, they’re going to charge me $200 for lenses that my other optometrist charged me $479 with insurance!!But I want to get a luxury brand for my next pair of glasses, and this Costco doesn’t have many frames by luxury brands.However, the optician said that they have tons of different frames in the back. So their selection will change by the time I come back with my prescription, which I’ve already gotten recently elsewhere.But Costco now has a virtual try-on for frames online. It look’s like it should work very well, and I’m looking great to trying out. I’m hoping to get some frames by Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, etc,GREAT JOB, COSTCO!!!!!!”
