Depends on what you’re coming in for but the wait seems to be 25mins or longer for the line. Then if you have an appointment to open an account, the whole process is a bit over an hour…. I’d say come here on a day off work, when you’re not super busy if you bank here at this location.

I think this bank should make their signs more readable and in bigger letters for people who obviously can’t read them. It’s inconvenient when the parking is pretty full and you have people who park in the ATM ONLY designated parking to go inside, and because those people park there and take forever inside the people who need to quickly go to the atm have to park far or sometimes find no parking. They shouldn’t be parking there if there are not going to walk up to the atm. And another thing. The exit by the atm is ONLY AN EXIT. People should not enter into it because it’s an exit only. And there’s a sign there. My car has almost been hit a few times because people can’t read and are entering through an exit.

Staff is nice. Atm machine is kinda grimy and gross, so I recommend going inside for your banking.

I used to work for Wells Fargo and I had faith in them at that point in time. I felt they were a good bank who put customers first. Today I went to the Lemoore Branch and I was told I could not be assisted in depositing my check as they had no tellers. I also cannot deposit my check online because the app says it is too much money. I asked if I could use the ATM and I was told I could try but there were no guarantees if it would work. It sucks but I think all the fines they had to pay are now starting to affect the customers. Needless to say I am at Navy Fed, and I'll be moving all of my accounts over. Hopefully I can still get my money out!

Place is horrible on waiting. They do not cater at all for businesses. Customer service is straight mediocre. Only 1-2 tellers that do great. I’d rather drive to the Hanford branch. I know they’d be 110% better on service all around. I literally have to work around my already fixed schedule at work to go to this bank to make sure I’m out on time. Ridiculous.

Award for slowest Teller in the world goes to Eric Juarez. He doesn’t seem to know how to type as he uses one finger to type and stares at the keyboard. Also, doesn’t appear to know that the machine can scan a stack of checks rather than placing one at a time. Do better, Eric. It’s shouldn’t take long to do a deposit.
