Pharmacy is ridiculously slow, Systems goes down delaying prescriptions. I do not recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

Almost never have what I need in stock. Always multiple days wait if not. Always have to remind them to bill my second insurance though on file for years. Staff is friendly.

Beyond RUDE! Never answers phones! The girl in the front is beyond annoying and disrespectful she can’t even handle her job position and does not know how to treat customers! Corporate needs to know how bad this store is running!

Always on hold for over an hour or two whenever I call for a refill, I will stay on the line waiting and get frustrated! So I drive there stay on hold, get in line and I get helped in person before they answer my call. I love how friendly they are in the pharmacy but I wish I could just call my refill instead of having to drive there and request my refill just to have to come back later to pick it up! I do have the app but a few of my meds cannot be refilled through the App. There have been times that they don’t have my meds in stock and that’s a whole other nightmare!!

Friendly staff but waiting is on another level. Even phone calls are over thirty minutes with one caller ahead of you.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible it took two days for me to pick up prenatal vitamins. The first day get there they tell me it's not ready to come back the whole day goes by it's not ready. The next day I go back the pharmacy tech won't even make eye contact with me is ignoring the fact that I'm trying to ask for my prenatal vitamins just repeatedly keeps asking my birthday. Very Rude staff. Very slow. There was at least four to six employees and none of them could properly deliver my prenatal vitamins.

The pharmacy seems to have completely lost any interest in customer service! I was on hold for over an hour and a half when I finally hung up and called the store manager, Russell, who promptly got the tech on the phone. That was, as usual m, an exercise in futility. Chris, the pharmacy tech proceeded to inform me that my medication could not be picked up until the 29th even though my doctor had specifically ordered it for the 21st. I was going out of town for the holiday so needed it a bit early. I had already cleared it with my insurance and there was no reason not to fill it. I explained to Chris that both my insurance and my doctor had approved the early fill when he decided to make up a new law that it didn't matter what the doctor wrote, it had to be 30 days! I politely asked to speak to the pharmacist and Chris became irate stating " I'm telling you what the pharmacist told me!" I told him there of course was no such "new law" and finally got to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was perplexed as to why I was upset as he was already filling the med to be released on the 21st!! Why would Chris put me through this? Sadly for this store that is the rule not the exception. Rude, inaccurate and thoughtless treatment! I literally had my last radiation treatment this morning and am looking forward to time with my family for the holiday during a very uncertain time for me health wise. Why was I forced to endure this?!! Why is ANYBODY treated this way?!

The friendliest staff but the wait times are insane. You’d think the drive thru window would be a fast option but it takes almost 10 minutes a CAR!! The amount of times I’ve sat in that line forever and been late to appointments or work due to it. I’ve tried my hand at going inside & it’s not much better. I’m not sure why they are so unbelievably slow. They always have 3 girls working the counter and seem fully staffed. Not to mention the wait times on the phone are beyond long too. Can’t wait to switch pharmacies soon.

I called. On hold over 15 mins & it hung up on. Called right back. On hold 24 minutes and there was supposedly only one caller ahead of me the whole time! Called right back and another 16 mins & just gave up!

I literally sat in the drive through window to pick up meds for 10 min. Not in the line. But at the actual window before anyone helped me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inside the store is great & prompt BUT drive thru RX is horribly slow! Did I say slow? I meant sloth-like. There's one young guy who seems to want to see just how long he can drag out 1 pick up--no kidding!

wnt online to schedule 2nd shingles vaccine, didn't have password etc., so called, pressed usual numerous buttons getting to nowhere, finally option to talk to someone, after holding 5 minutes decided it was quicker to walk to store to schedule in person. Upon arrival was PRHIBITED from making an appointment , not then , not in future. Everyone uptight like how dare I think that I could do such a thing in person. I walked home called Hanford and was invited to drop in anytime, no appointment needed. No worries Lemoore Walgreens, I'll transfer my prescriptions and never set foot in your store again. I hope your scheduling rules accomplish whatever goal you seek them to.

Beware of getting your COVID shot here. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday evening. I had been receiving email updates throughout the week so I knew my appointment was still scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they were "out" of shots and that I'd have to come back the next day (I live out of town 30 minutes away). Customer service was lacking and the system was definitely disorganized.
