Usedto be my go to spot but This places constsly changes stuff. It is NEVER good for a business to constantly change prices, deals, happy hours, and products! It's like this place doesnt know what to sell or when to have SET days of discounts. Guess HERB N JOY in hanford just has it on lock compared to this place. Too much rotation and change just shows inconsistencies. What a madhouse.

Yesterday was easily my worst experience with the VP in Lemoore, my wife went and got two carts one specifically a zips orange soda that didn’t properly thread onto not one, not two, but THREE batteries. We went to exchange and explain the situation, we even LITERALLY ASKED FOR AN EXCHANGE SINCE WE HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. But whatever 2 guys were working seemed like they had better things to do then help their customers, terrible customers service.
TLDR; Cart didn't thread and instead of giving a new cart they only would give me a cheap .01 cent battery it also didn’t fit on

Ive been a custumer from the beginning, this store has come along way and has had some great budtenders and great deals. But today was probably one of my worst visits. The prices have skyrocketed on merchandise i bought before at a reasonable price has doubled if not tripled in price and selection had depleted drastically. Please be realistic.

This is my favorite dispensary that I've ever been to.
I've never had a single negative experience with Valley Pure in the 3-4 years that I've been patronizing them.
They remember my name and they're always super knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions and find any deals they might have going on for you.
I often tell the budtenders that they are my therapy away from therapy. Lol.

I loved going to this dispensary when I lived in Lemoore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved when they had deals for pre rolls and then they started doing the happy hour deals. I loved all their deals and the selection they had to offer. 10/10 would recommend❤️???

They have the best house flower selection i have ever seen in any dispensary. The bud tenders there are patient, thanks cus i always need a few extra minutes. Im usally disappointed when i spend alot and open the jar just to find out i could've just got me some house flower.

They never answer the phone, I'm from Fresno so I call to check to see if the valley pure carts are in stock and is usually its a gamble with my time and gas.

Is Fallon still working there? She should be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!!! She should be reviewed by the HIPAA board!!!! She is in direct violation. She is spreading private patient information throughout the community. That's over $10k in fines! She is unethical. She has terrible customer service. Somebody should do something about her ASAP! She does not deserve to be there. She deserves to be fired. Called management and they "almost" fired her! What good are they?????!!!! Assholes

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer a large selection at very reasonable prices. I love the atmosphere and lots of art in an old historic building.
