Just learned that Sarah, a fantastic director, was fired from her position. The shelter won't be the same without her. Sarah has done an amazing job running the shelter and helping the animals. Sarah did NOT deserve to be let go. To whomever made that decision, just know you made a very dumb decision and I hope you find the sense to bring her back.

My son just found a litter of kittens while cleaning out our metal shed. I instructed him to take them to this animal rescue but they were refused because we don't own the kittens. ???

Big thanks to Valley Animal Haven for taking in a kitten that was found at my work site and who my students named Meow Meow. I appreciate you guys greatly for taking her in and for meeting me after your hours to recieve her. Ya'll are amazing and do amazing things for the furrbabies who need a home!

Super responsive, very kind, and they really care that their animals go to loving homes. I had a wonderful adoption experience with no issues. I actually drove an hour and a half to adopt from them since I saw a cat that I thought might be a great fit. I ended up meeting an adorable kitten who I drove back the next weekend for! Pearl (rescue name Peace) has already taken over my home and is the most loving and cuddly kitten!

Valley Animal Haven is the best rescue shelter ever. Such a friendly staff, so helpful . I had Winston for 9 years and he was the best dog I have ever had, definitely will be adopting from them again
