I love working out & having a membership here! The staff is amazing & always kind. My ONLY complaint: is there anyway we could better WiFi connection please??? I know the area is pretty bad when it comes to service, which is why I think it’s essential to have great WiFi. Other than that I have a great time here ?

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! had an issue with my key card for after hours access... messaged them on Instagram and got everything settled on the fly!

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!! Management is so money hungry it’s concerning. They will hit you with unnecessary fees and will send you to customs if you don’t pay their ridiculous fees. I got charged a $10 fee in new years and for what????? I already payed their dumb $40 membership fee. Also, they ALWAYS charge me a late fee EVEN though I come in and pay with cash the same day my membership plan is due. Worst gym I have been too. The worst. Would NOT recommend.

Front lobby is great w lots of powder shake mix's and a juice bar, (but sometimes the drinks aren't made right ie: protein mix not added...) Employees are awesome with great attitude!!!However, the equipment is not up to date or just cheep... not sure. It's crazy small gym... but looks big from the outside. No sauna which is mandatory for serious workouts. Oh but you can pay an extra $10-20 to use the red light sauna....wth?! The membership is very very expensive $$$. Anything outside of working out w weights, has an extra cost. After hours has a private entrance routine which I love.Over all I'm not impressed and rather depressed towards this gym.

Pretty happy with my gym membership, the 24/7 hour access is in my opinion the best part of it. Traditional gym hours don't always work for me, so this was an important decisive factor. The price is quite reasonable for the outstanding value so I feel it's worth getting. They have various programs available such as training for kids, teens, and more importantly for those of us that need support on our health / weight goals .

Friendly staff and they keep up on maintenance of the equipment which is why I like them over other gyms I been to.

my go to gym , staff members are kind and respectful, each station of equipment has cleaning supplies to clean after yourself ( rag and disinfectant spray) they have a protein drink bar , bathrooms are always kept clean . awesome gym.
