If I could leave 0 stars I would…I visited the T-Mobile store in Lemoore to try their Internet service. Initially, I was told the trial was for seven days, but I was assured that I had 30 days because there were no contracts. They offered me an iPad at half price as a promotion, and I was assisted by Neomi When I asked about the tablet's fate if I returned the internet service, I was told nothing would happen. After returning the internet service, I was asked to call customer service to cancel the line. Upon calling, I learned the tablet price would increase.The next day, I tried to return the tablet but was told by the assistant manager Eduardo that he couldn't process the return due to not having the appropriate credentials. I was instructed to return the iPad when the operations manager (OM) Frevin was present the next day. Upon returning, the (OM)claimed it was past 14 days, refusing the return and instructing me to call customer service for a "buyer's remorse return." I contacted customer service, but they couldn't take it back as it didn't come from them, so I returned to the store.Returning the next day, they still couldn't assist and directed me to a corporate store. I requested contact information for the district and general manager; however, I was told the manager I spoke to was the general manager, and no additional information was provided. While in the store, I called a corporate store and was directed to a plaque in the back for contact info, but the number went to voicemail. Another store finally guided me on how to find information and contact higher-ups.The assistant manager reiterated they couldn't handle returns after 14 days due to lacking systems, as they are not a corporate store. During the store visit, I contacted customer service again. After about an hour, the general manager emerged but didn't address or assist me. The store provided no help, making this my first and last time trying T-Mobile. When purchasing, I caution against using the Lemoore store for its unfriendly service and incomplete information given to customers.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Very rude both times we have gone in. Tonight was especially terrible. We went in to discuss upgrading our phones and possibly switching to a more expensive plan. Short person that looks like a “man” -not sure of right pronoun- with lots of piercings, said their name was “Eddy” was EXTREMELY rude. He ignored me the entire time, making sure to avoid eye contact. He wouldn’t answer my questions, but would answer my husband’s questions. We asked him to explain something but wouldn’t. His answers were very vague and wouldn’t actually answer the questions, he would just respond “yeah”. He would give contradictory information than what customer service on the T-Mobile app gave us, claiming “they must be new” when it was a supervisor I had talked to. When I would ask a direct question, he yelled at me telling me to calm down. My husband told him to calm down and “Eddy” shouted at us and kicked us out. As we left we heard him and the girl working with him laughing and mimicking me being upset. Safe to say we will not be staying with T-Mobile after all the nice help we received on the app from “Victor Y.” I will NOT be returning to this T-Mobile store. I will go somewhere else in the meantime to get my questions answered.(Question could not be answered with certainty on the app.)

So this is how employees work. Literally sitting on the customer counter . All the money the spend advertising and employees not very professional. He didn't even get up when they opened the door. Advertising wasted at this location.So much for wanting to switch to T-Mobile

Outstanding customer service! The guys at TMobile Lemoore really know their stuff; knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Not only did Frevin help us find the cheapest plan, he searched for additional promotions and discounts just for us! I didn't know they had a Tmobile in Lemoore, saves me the trouble driving all the way to Hanford. Highly recommend. Tmobile is also military friendly which is also a bonus!

I would definetely recommend this tmobile shop in lemoore maggie and kianna are so courteous and polite and ofcourse assisted me well, they really mean business here, dont shop at hanford tmobile they are such a hotmess i dont know if they know how to make an approach to customers Pls go and shop at lemoore area they are transparent to customers and easy purchase no regrets all of my phones are bought out here Thanks thanks for being such an amazing customer service rep

The manager is incompetent and lies to customers, the staff is ignorant, rude and disrespectful. I am a long time T-mobile customer (over 15 years). I have never thought about switching until the treatment my wife & daughter received from this location. Even T-mobile corporate agreed we were deceived by the management at this location... I hope the manager loses his job and learns a valuable lesson that lies and deception are not a good business tactic..
