We have had prescriptions covered by worker's comp for over 5 years, they get it right for a couple months and then bill insurance for it again. When I point out that it is workers comp they get annoyed like it's my fault. It's in their system. Employees like today are less than friendly and if we weren't already established here for YEARS I would go elsewhere.

I like shopping at Rite Aid! I go here for things rather than Wal. Unfortunately, the Pharmacy is slow as HECK! Lazy or untrained? I don't know. Understaffed? Maybe. Rite Aid management help them!

This pharmacy is so rude, unprofessional, unpleasant. Even though there is 10 people working behind the counter, not one person helps or says anything to acknowledge your presence. Filling prescriptions are always a hassle and they always mess it up. I have had to wait hours to have them fix their mess. And standing in line, I waited over 10 minutes and was not helped, and I was the only one in line. They deserve Zero stars.

The drive through pharmacy pick up is ridiculously slow. I'm sitting in the line now, three cars back, and we haven't moved in 15-20 minutes. The same car that was at the window when I got here is still there. Other cars have given up and gone inside but now I just sort of want to see how ridiculous this will get. It's not a "convenience" if it takes an hour waiting in line to get your meds. If it's too difficult to figure out how to run it properly, just shut the window down and make everyone go inside. Half the time, the pharmacy staff has to spend several minutes trying to dig up meds that aren't organized at all in their archaic system. This place is terrible.

So sick of this pharmacy! I've been trying to get my blood pressure medication filled since THURSDAY! They STILL haven't filled my medication and I'm now OUT. I drove into lemoore since they can't be bothered to answer their phones and was told my medication was being worked on and I would get a text when it was done but guess what it's 8:30 p.m and STILL NO TEXT! I am HIGH RISK PREGNANCY and I made them aware of that but apparently my baby and my health don't matter to them since they can't be bothered to fill my script in a timely manner or answer phones so people don't waste time driving back n forth for no reason! There's always a super long wait for medication pick up and I am ready to switch pharmacies because this place SUCKS

This place is really dirty, not cleaned regularly. Out of a lot of inventory and when you ask for help they don't know much about their inventory. So glad there is a Walgreens here in this town as well because RiteAid is pretty nasty.
