Been trying to Log into my account for a month now and no one helps. They give you the run around and send you through all these loop holes. They are nothing but fraud. They do not help fellow veterans like myself trying to get on my feet. I do not recommend this Bank at all. The CEO deserves to a force retirement.

This bank has security issues. My checking account was hacked by the same scammer twice in 3 days. They're unhelpful, they replaced my debit card yet my account continues to get hacked and they haven't blocked it. I had to completely switch banks because I'm not willing to get my paycheck stolen from me and have to wait "7-10" business days to get my money back from a bank that does nothing to help prevent or alert upon fraud. Scary situation.

This place is keeping my money hostage. I deposited my pay check yesterday and saw that no money went into my account. I then went into the bank and they told me that their policy has changed and I don't get my money for 24 hours. When I checked my bank account the next day I still didn't have my money. I was promised that I would receive it today but alas no money. I have bills to pay and they won't give me my money. Jesus, who checked into the matter does not seem to care that this bank is keeping my money hostage

I lost my debit card and they cancelled it and printed me a new one out right at the branch.

The clerk kept asking me why I was depositing a check and what it was for. I have never had anyone ask me a reason to deposit a check and why. There is absolutely no business asking me what the check was for.
