Been trying to Log into my account for a month now and no one helps. They give you the run around and send you through all these loop holes. They are nothing but fraud. They do not help fellow veterans like myself trying to get on my feet. I do not recommend this Bank at all. The CEO deserves to a force retirement.

The clerk kept asking me why I was depositing a check and what it was for. I have never had anyone ask me a reason to deposit a check and why. There is absolutely no business asking me what the check was for.

Just new member of the Bank I was told it is the best bank wanted to take out a personal loan got denied in minutes I was gonna use it to catch up on debt but now I gotta figure out my financial problem without their help thank you for nothing ?
