We bought a 1/2 cow for the first time. The lady who works there was amazing, she was thorough and helpful in explaining the cuts and even gave some advise on recipes. The Beef is amazing, way better than anything at the store. You can 100% tell the difference. Couldn't be more happy and with the decision.

Every year for Xmas or New Year our family order the prime ribs seasoned, is soo good! We are going on our 5th year of celebrating! Don't forget to order in advance and pick it up at your convenience. Don't wait last minute for special occasions.
