If you can shop here it's because you belong to "the club" (Navy/Marine Corps team). The staff here belongs to the same club and they don't forget that fact. Friendly, family. So that's the atmosphere. For the rest, the facility is well maintained, the merchandise is carefully selected and displayed properly. Among the many mini-marts in my experience, this is in the front rank. I wish they were open till 2200 though . . . 9 pm is too early to close.DOUGout

I walked into the store looking for some items while holding my newborn. I was carrying several items and two generous ladies/ employees approach me and asked if I need help. As a matter of fact, I did and they took my items to the front. As I approach the cash register, one of the cashier named Cheyanne was extremely compassionate and keep a smile on her face while ringing up all my stuff, then she placed them into the cart nicely. In addition, I wanted a case of vitamin water, even though her line was long, she walked to the beverage aisle and picked it up for me without hesitation. She had even asked me do I need assistance with taking the cart to my car while I was holding my newborn. This was my first time walking into the mini mart and it wouldn't be my last. Thank you Cheyanne for making my horrible day at the doctors (shots for my son) turn upside down.

The Exchange at NAS Lemoore could start selling firearms and ammunition. I have confirmed by phone conversation with their Customer Service that they do not. I recently moved to Fresno from Southern California and was very disappointed to find that NAS Lemoore Navy Exchange does *not* sell firearms or ammunition. NAS Lemoore is the only Exchange in California's Central San Joaquin Valley and it would be nice if they were a full service exchange. The Marine Corps Exchanges at Camp Pendleton and MCAS Miramar sell firearms as does the USAF Exchange at Vandenberg AFB, but all those exchanges are several hundred miles away. PLEASE get a firearms department at the NAS Lemoore Navy Exchange.

Navy Exchange at NAS Lemoore is severely lacking in several areas. Recently, a new gas station was built next to the main exchange to replace the aging pumps at the gas station. Though having diesel on the islands will be great, the Navy Exchange deemed it even better to take away the Auto Port and all the services they provide. NEX will be offering "a 16ft selection of automotive product for the following categories: Oil-Additivies and Appearance. This product will be located in the hardware section back by toys/garden." These sections at the Navy Exchange are already scarce and well under-stocked for an exchange that is in the middle of nowhere. Navy Exchange oddly finds the space to begin putting up Christmas stuff before Halloween though but can't keep garden hoses in stock during the summer months.

The prices are more expensive than the regular NEX and commissary. In different occasions I have bought things just to open them and realize that there's mold and And or are expired. Sure the stores is very convenient but Beware. I bought whip cream that was broken and the whip cream wouldn't come out. I bought a salad which had a cheese pack inside it and when I open the salad the cheese had mold on it. I'm thinking that they just don't handle food correctly and maybe left it out and put it back in. Highly recommend to always check the expiration date and try not to buy things that parish quickly or do what I do stick to beer and liquid when shopping there.

They always run out of soda and Milk a Lot, like in between 2 weeks after the 1st. , and before the end of the month, hate driving all the way to Walmart. Or lrmoore just to get milk. . And some times it hours that the Comasey is not open .. .

This is a convenient store but on base. Expect things to be a bit higher than the commissary-well how about just darn right ridiculous prices. I wanted some coffee creamer the price was $4.89. Definitely, expect convenient store prices. The store was nice and clean and the service was friendly.

I love how they brought an organic aisle in! It has gluten free snacks, pastas, and other minimally processed treats. Excellent job!

I love this place. The customer service is the best. The employees always say hi with a smile. I love the fact that they have a produce area.
