David did my Taxes on February 18th he made a mistake on my Taxes an the IRS sent me a letter because of it now my federal refund is delayed because of it I will not be going back to H&R Block

We were referred to Roxanna Tolentino through an HR Block office in San Francisco. We have a complicated return involving international assets that the SF offices did not know how to file. Roxanna reassured us that she could handle it. But then the trouble started. First, she apologized that she could not access the documents we had scanned in. We offered to re-upload the documents. She replied that she will be able to access the documents, provide us an estimate, and file our return. That was the last we heard of her, as she ignored our follow-up emails, and essentially ghosted us. On Tax Day, we ended up having to file an extension with no help from HR Block, who strung us along with empty promises. We could've instead used the time to seek elsewhere. Roxanna is dishonest, cannot admit her inability, and unprofessional. Shame. Beware.

Katy was amazing! She was able to help me with my state taxes and made sure I got my full refund. Definitely worth the money. It’s weird to recommend a tax person but 10/10 would recommend her if you need help with taxes especially state taxes

Had a 7:00pm appointment with Megan on the 15 of April. Megan called to ask me if it would be ok to do a drop-off instead, and since it didn't seem to be an issue at the time, I agreed. The lady that took them said that they would get started on them and try to get them ready. Since I hadn't heard back from them, I called on Wednesday the 21st, my call was directed to the Selma office. When I asked why I was redirected, the lady said that the Lemoore office on 18th ave, was closed and would be open on Thursday. IT WASN'T!!!! When I called the 18th Ave office I was redirected to the Lemoore, Bush office! Luckily, I spoke to Catrina, and she informed me that she would get started on them this afternoon, the 22nd! Very disappointed the way this whole thing was initially handled We'll see what happens?????? Although this tax journey started off with a rocky start, it turned out very well! Great news! My thanks and deepest appreciation to Roxanne Tolentino, in the Lemoore, Bush St. office. Our taxes were completed @ 3:00 pm today, April 24th! I'm one Very Satisfied Customer!!!!!
