Verizon: $50 per month for unlimited data. AT&T: $55 per month for unlimited data. That alone is worth five stars, but the customer service I received was excellent. I brought over my unlocked Microsoft Surface Duo and got it set up with no difficulty. Verizon also has the best service on the navy base. I've used T-Mobile and AT&T. The bars are nearly empty, resulting in extremely slow speeds. Verizon has full bars, and it's blazing fast with 4G.

If you are an ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBER OR VETERAN DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY VERIZON WIRELESS. They will screw you over. My fiancé recently switched over to t-mobile because it was going to be cheaper compared to Verizon. T-mobile actually has military plans. After we made the switch and call VM to officially cancel, we were told we owed a $688 due to the trade in promotional being canceled out due to the switch. We were never made aware of this agreement. The sales person that helped us that day when we went in to do the trade in around July 2022 was on her phone while helping me and she had poor customer service. She never once went over this agreement with us or disclosed to us. The only receipt we got was for the phone case and charger. I don't think its fair Verizon wireless wants us to pay 680 for something that was not disclosed to us or explained to us properly. I also called Verizon wireless directly to speak with a supervisor and they ended hanging up on me even though I told the supervisor not to hang up on me and would like to get this resolved. The Lemoore store needs better employees and customer service. They also need to make sure employees who work there disclose everything to each client especially active military members. I also have called the store more than 4 times and no one answers or has called me back. Go to T-Mobile or any store but this one.

Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Hanford store. Raul was very unwilling to help and extremely dismissive. The worst experience I've had at any Verizon store. As a third party retailer, all they want is your money. Stick to corporate stores. They have a much more friendly and understanding staff. And this store was so raggedy compared to Hanford. Their upkeep and maintenance is horrible and depressing.

Yet again, I have to write another bad review! I hate to do it, but I would like to help others avoid the experience that I had. I was unaware the differences between a version store, and a Verizon authorized retailer. That difference, apparently, is quality in customer service.The store was quite helpful when it came to selling my husband and I a pair of brand new iPhones( I had an iPhone 5! So it was time for an upgrade..), but when it came to actually setting up said devices, they were of little help. I had to go on a business trip that Sunday( it was Tuesday) and I was assured that my phone would be functioning well before then, as porting a number would take a MAXIMUM of 24 hoursThis was not the case. I went back twice( after the 24 hours, mind you) and both times they just told me to wait. They were unable to fix the problem, and I had to go to the Verizon store proper in Hanford, who was ( thankfully ) capable of fixing the issue the day before I left.Please save yourself the time, hassle, and extra expense, and just drive to the Verizon store in Hanford; they have a better selection of devices, and can actually get your device set up.

Customer service is great this store.There was a small issue when I first open my account but all of it was taken care of.I interacted with three different employees. All three of them were great. Very helpful.

Unfortunately, to post a comment, we, my father and I, have to give one star and wish we could post a negative. Going to this store today was a total waste of time and energy. The horrible customer service we recieved was uncalled for...this particular employee should not be working in customer service...she might be a better fit working at a debt collection agency. This is not a Verizon store and to advertise that it is, is misleading. The store front should read Russell Cellular not Verizon!! I used to go to this store when the employees were so friendly...Marquise, in particular... and went out of their way to help with any problem, no matter how small...today I went in with my 86 year old father to try to get his plan straightened out but the employee acted as though we were interrupting her texting time with her boyfriend.

This place did not properly advise us on our new phones & the trade in agreement from our carry over from cricket to Verizon we had to scramble to get a copy of our last bill/paid to send to Verizon to get the rebate ?? Bunch of LOSERS !!!

The employee named Kaylah (im sorry if I didn't pronounce it correctly) not only offered me a great deal but also helped me to resolve the problem I had with my phone for a while. I couldn't make any phone calls or text neither could I receive any calls or texts. We spent over 3 hours working on the problem and she did a great job. Thank you so much.
