I went by today to buy some treats for my hamsters. I was absolutely appauled when I went into this store. It was hot inside the store so mind you what it felt like for the mice, guinea pigs, rats etc on the outside in the back area. All i seen was these poor babies all sprawled out in their enclosures because it was so hot. I am a huge animal lover and this devestated me to the core to see them panting like that. If you are going to sell animals ok, but DO NOT make these animals suffer because you cant provide sufficient cooling for them.

Asked for a few items at this place and even left my phone number. No one ever called me back let alone looked into it. I also bought a last item on the self and ask if they can start ordering me this product. Long story short was told that this product was no longer available and they recommended me to try something their way. I went on Amazon for this same product that apparently was no longer available and had it delivered to my doorstep the next day. It’s no wonder why these Ma and Pa companies are going out of business not to mention spending a thousand dollars at this place. Petsmart here I come.

This is the place where I can buy my crickets for Spotify, my gecko lizard! The crickets just seem more lively and jump high than other crickets out there. Heck they could jump so high, they escaped their home container.

I needed pet supplies today for our 2 cats and 2 dogs. I was so glad to find all those items in The Animal House Pet Shop, particularly the pet beds for my recovering cat that had surgery recently. Another item I was so happy about is the food dispenser that I couldn't find from other pet stores nor Amazon. I also got a sack of Pine Litter and a bag of Dental Sticks. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. I'll surely come back into this pet store. It's also nice to support local business.

They are very knowledgeable and have always been helpful with my needs. They have everything you need for any type of pet whether it's cat food, guinea pig treats or special shampoos for itchy dogs. It's nice to have something right here in town.
