“I was referred to Pro Mex by a business client and now friend of mine as being a really good shop. Wow was I impressed by their work and communication. They got me in and back out in 5 days and the work Gustavo and his associates did is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Rafael for the most part (in person) but talked w Gustavo on several occasions.Trying to find the place is a little hard. Google maps took me to a parking lot up the hill from the actual shop but I could tell something wasn't right. Also I never did spot a business sign with Pro-Mex on it and their lot is full of cars and trucks.I highly recommend Pro-Mex and will be showing my gratitude to the folks at Soltek Pacific Construction who referred me to them.My car looks great. Paint matches perfectly and their speed of service and price cannot be beaten.”

“I brought one of my cars here on a busy rainy Saturday morning after waking up to a flat tire. The service from when I walked in was very high and exceptional. Not just for me, but for everyone else. Every team member was very charismatic and caring for each person. Ricky was able to help me and fit me in to their busy schedule. I left the car there with them and they texted me when it was ready two hours later. When I came back, Ricky recognized me and took care of the pick up/close out. I didn't expect him to recognize me since it was extremely busy but he did. Thank you to everyone at this location for the great service and value.”
