By far the slowest bank in town with the laziest tellers. No cares about how many people are in line. On top of charging too much for every fee they smile and say have a nice day. Total ripoff and waste of time. Never again.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for teller service. During that timeframe I saw workers go on break, close down one of two open teller stations, and a manager with two employees come out of the safe. Upon seeing the huge line, the manager proceeded to sit down and apparently do paperwork. After getting to a teller. I'm told I can't be helped because a check I'm trying to deposit is in both my name and my wife's, but am also told I can deposit it in the ATM. Seems like the teller just didn't want to do her job. After 16 years, it's time to move on from Wells Fargo.

Went into this branch with my daughter to open a joint account. First of all they had no sign in sheet available for customers to sign into be seen. So we got in line to be assisted by a teller. Once we were called up to the teller he asked how he can help us. I informed him to open account, redirected me to the waiting area for an appt. Hugo Alvarado was the person who attempted to assist. Not sure if it was and language barrier, or a stereotype, but the gentleman was dismissive, unprofessional, lacked customer service skills and work ethic. He informed us in order to set up account we had to make an appointment. I asked if they had any available times that day, or a cancellation he could contact me and we will return. He glanced at us with a bothered look and stated, " I don't know where you live but if so we would have to start right now not wait for you to drive here, we need one hour to do this." I responded that is fine We live close so that is fine. Hugo Alvarado did everything in his power not to assist. Not once did he take into consideration the time and effort he put in to not assist us(1hour), he could of just assist with opening the account. Hugo Alvarado, needs to attend additional in services for costumer service and professionalism, as well as reading his room. At anytime he has difficulty, he should feel free to ask for assistance from his superiors. At the end of every working person's day... it's a job and without our customers we would not have a job to go to. If we are not happy with our positions, then it is time to move on to another company with less customer contact
