“On a Saturday morning, I got the sudden idea that I wanted to move a Cal King Wood Bed Frame and mattresses from one house into another. We stopped by this Uhaul Center and were assisted by this very well mannered and pleasant young man by the name of Jonathan. After listening to our needs he gave us his suggestions of pick up time and drop off. THE RENTAL: We agreed and returned about five hours later. He prepared and EXPLAINED the rental costs,responsibilities and after hours- self return option. PRE-TRIP: We came to Uhaul twice this day and on these two occasions, we noticed a youngl lady washing the interior of the box truck and walking around inspecting truck..Her energy was fabulous. She had her headset on and by her spirits and energy, she was feeling the music in her bones. Sure enough, she was excellent during pre-release inspection. THE RETURN: We drove truck in just as the office closed. As we parked, Jonathan was passing us by, when he noticed us and guided us to the return spot & how to take pictures to upload. His excellent customer service skills are truly admirable and very much appreciated. There are not to many young adults working who possess the etiquette and attentiveness any more. CONCLUSION: Everything went well with our short rental!!!”
