“Updating this in April of 2024. My below comments still hold true. I would also add that I love their Barrety! You can arrange for up to 20 people to take a private class. It’s a great way to hang with friends!This is one of my favorite studios in San Diego. First it's very clean and neat. Second, the staff is super friendly and personable. Third, the class itself is challenging yet appropriate for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced tucker, you will feel the burn and leave feeling like you got a good workout. I must add that this is great for people recovering from back injuries. Tightening my core has helped with my back problems! Make sure to take a class with John! He’s a great instructor and hilarious!!”

“I have done multiple transfers with Don and his wife over the years. Other shops in the county don't compare to the service and value you get with Don. I was once an FFL myself in California, and really feel for these people as I understand how they are constantly and continually harassed and abused by our State's communist regime. Residents of the county need to support local FFL's because if we don't eventually we will have a corporate dominated retail gun industry in California that will be in a position to dictate pricing.”

The woman behind the counter is cute and very personable which I loved. “I recently bought a 8-foot imperial pool table from Billiard Direct. The table was delivered very quickly (2 weeks after the purchase) with great quality. The installers are very professional and nice. I saw a small defect on the felt the next day after installation, then I contacted Brandon, who is very helpful. Then he reached out to the table cloth provider (simonis) who agrees to give a free replacement. I really appreciate the free replacement since there is a labor cost on Billiard Direct. The customer support from Brandon is awesome. I strongly recommend to shop in Billiard Direct since buying a pool table is not a small investment. If anything goes wrong and if you go online shopping, the customer service is not guaranteed.”

“UPDATE AT BOTTOMORIGINAL 5-STAR REVIEWOrdered the Pioneer 2.0 iSUP. Great experience thus far, both with the paddle board and from phone support. Here are some early-ish takeaways:1. The package I ordered comes with the essentials: Board, carbon fiber paddle, leash, bag, and pump. Anything extra is bought a la carte. For example, if you wanted to add a kayak seat to the setup, don’t forget that you also have to have a double-paddle. Isle unfortunately doesn’t sell a double-paddle attachment for the stock carbon fiber paddle, so you’re going to have to opt for an entirely separate paddle. Total kayak conversion price at the time of this post is an additional $250. I see this as a fair price for what you get.2. There is a learning curve when you get your first inflatable. It’s not quite as fast as unstrapping your hard kayak or board and throwing it in the water. The board itself takes ~5 minutes to hand/electric pump, and at least 5 more to get all your gear situated. If you bought a kayak seat, you’ll end up pumping that up and attaching 4 different straps from the back rest to the board. I’m still trying to figure out what the loops are for on the cushion (I’ll update as I continue to learn, but they seem useful).3. I had a minor issue with the valve pin somehow jamming in the down position every time I removed the pump hose from the port. After lots of troubleshooting and re-pumping (with my hand pump), I called Isle’s support line. I was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a representative before I even had time to catch my breath. She walked me through a couple solutions, and since none worked, she ordered me a replacement valve at no cost.I’ll supplement this with another update eventually.UPDATED REVIEW #1:I received the replacement valve in the mail, except it was an entirely different valve. Luckily, I knew that this replacement valve is supposed to be the correct one for the board (and my original valve is not) because my girlfriend bought the same board days after I did.Went through lots of exchanges with support.UPDATE 2:Isle Resolved to my great satisfaction, and I am looking forward to future business with this brand.”

If you want help and have questions it's good, but if you just want to browse on your own in peace, you may feel uncomfortable. I think that's how they deal with shoplifters, by keeping an eye on every customer. I guess I can understand that, since lately there's no law enforcement or consequence for criminals. They only do exchanges and no returns, but they have a sign on the wall that says they do returns, so I was confused about it at first. They should probably take down the sign. Right by the mall. Plenty of parking.”
