Unsure about some of these 1 stars. Don't even sound like customers? I'm new to painting and the employee was helpful, listened to my questions and mentioned that the paint was going on sale in a few weeks. I went it when the sale was happening, got 5 gallons of paint at 35% off, dude mixed it in literally 3 minutes, and helped me load it. High quality paint. When I'm ready to paint my exterior walls I know where I'm going.

Huge shot out to Santiavio for the amazing customer service. I was having my house painted and the painters were non-English speakers. There was a language barrier but I knew what I wanted and wanted to be sure tge got at least the mid-grade paint. I called the Lemon Grove store and THANKFULLY got Santiavio who took note of what I needed and helped ensure they got the right paint colors (1 color was a color match of a different brand) the correct quality for a residential (not a rental), AND the correct paint for an aluminum security gate. This level of customer service is unheard of. I was in a location and some representatives can care less. When people make a difference in a positive way and on behalf of the company...they deserve to be acknowledged and highlighted. He was very humble about the compliment when I thanked him. THANK YOU AGAIN Santiavio- you are appreciated!!

The young man working there was very thorough and helpful. He even carried the 3 gallons of paint to my car. They won me as a customer for life!

The story is closer to my house if they just got some more different spray equipment accessories like different size tips and whatnot especially like the fflps it's a pretty good store everybody that is cool I usually have everything I need for paint wise anyways

Extremely helpful employee went above and beyond to get us the right product for the best price. I have had great experiences overall at Sherwin-Williams.Prices can be higher but just wait for the sales, they happen often.

Monique has a very bad customer service she dosen't want to work you take a paint to Mach and she doesn't want to mach it she tell you to take it where you original bought it totally disappointment not going back there anymore when she's working and definitely will pass it on to my fellow workers she's definitely became lazy

Very professional, attentive knowledgeable and helpful staff! Tiny store with lots of paint options and a decent amount of paint supplies. Very few customers, so no crowds! Ample free parking!
