I was referred to Pro Mex by a business client and now friend of mine as being a really good shop. Wow was I impressed by their work and communication. They got me in and back out in 5 days and the work Gustavo and his associates did is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Rafael for the most part (in person) but talked w Gustavo on several occasions.Trying to find the place is a little hard. Google maps took me to a parking lot up the hill from the actual shop but I could tell something wasn't right. Also I never did spot a business sign with Pro-Mex on it and their lot is full of cars and trucks.I highly recommend Pro-Mex and will be showing my gratitude to the folks at Soltek Pacific Construction who referred me to them.My car looks great. Paint matches perfectly and their speed of service and price cannot be beaten.

Rafa went above and beyond with my Infinity! When the Geico adjuster didn't want to replace my muffler because it was "cosmetic" Rafa took it upon himself to do the job correctly, order the muffler and submit a change order regardless of their recommendation. His prices are excellent! I'm beyond grateful for the quality of work Pro Mex provided!

So Rafael is a great painter and body worker. I wish I knew about his place when my boyfriends audi got crashed because he cries every time he sees his paint job now. Rafael works with insurance but will also work with you if you don't. I didn't have full coverage and he gave me a really good price for beautiful work. Rafael will tell you he will make your car factory again. He doesn't make excuses telling you it won't look the same or it will look a little ugly. He is a master painter. Looking at his shop from the outside, you wouldn't think he could do such quality work, but don't let it fool you. I would keep this gem to myself, but I want to help people like my boyfriend who get scammed with ugly paint jobs that ruin their cars and self-esteem. After crashing, I didn't think I'd get my car back the way that it was before and I'd be just as depressed as my boyfriend but I am even more in love with it than before.

Gustobo is the most honest mechanic I know. He gives very fair prices and does excellent work. He is my first choice when it comes to anything that has to do with a car. He came in thousands of dollars less on body work I needed and he has done major repairs on my car. With over 280k miles on it, I would say he's been keeping it running.

The pricing for repairs is beyond fair. The owner has always taken great care of my car, and does a really thorough job anytime I have issues. They are always very honest with how they price their labor.

Quality speaks for it self!! My mom recently back up my newly 2016 Toyota Tacoma into a fence. Rafat went above and beyond with this services and fix my truck in a very low cost and impressing work and time frame. I was really sacrificed with his work and walk out with a happy customer!
