Bought the wrong size socket and went to return it, they said that they don't return used tools even though it was never used as it was the wrong size, had to call customer service and have them force the return...

Wow. Too many mistakes they made in here, with the merchandise you requested, & for a refund it's unexplainable.? Knowing with the proof of receipt, it's showing the price of purchase. I never had problems with returning any new unopened items. But here is awful.? I will not shop here again.

I asked to use the restroom which I'm in line to buy car parts and the employee said yes I can use it just go in the back and go to the left and the bathroom is there. Then the manager seen me and he said no you cannot use the restroom it's not public restroom but I am a customer. Then he said oh I'll let you use it later for this first time but he went back in the back and never came back out. You can tell he was prejudice the manager. The employee was awesome but the manager had a stinky attitude and didn't let me use it which he lied into that I could just this one time. Bad customer service of the manager.

I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!

Went in to get my headlight bulb replaced. Staff was very nice and willing to help my replace it. He did it very quickly and even showed me how to do it for the next time on my own. Got a good price on the bulb. Store itself was well maintained and clean.

Good help from staff. Had the parts I needed in stock. Rewards program is pretty good. I'm not sure if all that is worth 5 stars . . . like maybe free water & coffee to be 5 stars . . . but can't think of any reason to ding these guys a star . . . so 5 stars it is!!!

I went in the morning to buy a light bulb for my headlight and the guy told me that he couldnt help me install it cause he was by himself but to come back in the afternoon With the receipt and I went back in the afternoon with my receipt and they ended up telling me that that they don't help install them and I went before and they help me install it before so I don't know why they lié Just made me waste gas to get there for nothing

Excellent customer service! Didn't get his name but he was wearing a black Hurley hat. Friendly and super helpful. Tested my battery and alternator then had no problem installing my battery. Even turned down a tip several times. Never tried to push any sales. He definitely needs a raise and promotion.
