I have been using moneytree for severa l months and they have been very good to me. MICHELLE wad wonderful my last experience. She was kind and very helpful. But all tge clerks are city nice. I would recommend moneytree to my friends and family.

I needed a business (not personal) check cashed issued by Driveo in El Cajon for selling my car. I was short in my savings for a purchase I had been saving for. I finally found something I liked and didn't want to lose it. My financial institution would deposit, but not cash the check because the check needed to be cleared by the issuing financial institution. Chase (the issuing financial institution) wouldn't cash the check for a non account holder because their limit is $2,500 (according to them). And even if you open an account with them, they claim they can only deposit not cash the check even though they are the financial institution who was holding the money, issued the check and Driveo held a business account with them. That really didn't make sense to me but it is what it is. I wasn't going to argue with them. I try to pick and choose my battles wisely. Work smarter not harder.So I tried Money Tree. The fee was approximately $300 for a $6,000 check. And they verified and cashed the check. And I was able to go purchase what I had been saving for instead of losing it.
