Do not trust this store and the services they sell. I went there on the 27th paid 88 dollars for two new line of bring my own phones. Later I found out my phones were not compatible so I went to the store again to get a refund. But my bank account was charged again for 88 dollars the next day. I have been calling metro pcs customer service every day regarding this matter and opened case after case . Each time they got it wrong. I finally spoke to my bank to get this charge disputed yesterday. But now my metro account has a balance of new increased amount and my account is suspended. I am so disappointed at this store and at metro pcs. They also charge 48 dollars for a new phone with line which only costs 30 dollars for the same phone with line on metro website. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this experience and this store!

I came in recently trying to activate my phone and for some reason was overcharged $30 so I paid $100 for activating my phone then received a message saying thank you for your $70 for the activation. I noticed the lady did custom item when ringing me up not sure where those extra 30 were for

This the BEST Metros PCS in San Diego County, I love this location. I'll drive out of way, I'll pass other locations to get to this one. The manager knows me, I've been coming here for years, probably a decade . The Manager is the best, informational and really helpful. I went to switch service to my old phone because I broke my current phone. It took him 30 minutes, no problems. Very smooth, He showed me other phones also and I'll be back to purchase my new phone show. I recommend this location to everyone. I really like the manager, he is an example of GREAT customer service. He also OWNS his metro pcs FYI. So support his business..

This the BEST Metros PCS in San Diego County, I love this location. I'll drive out of way, I'll pass other locations to get to this one. The manager knows me, I've been coming here for years, probably a decade . The Manager is the best, informational and really helpful. Over the weekend I showed up one hour before closing. And the woman working there actually hid from view. She refused to come to the door. And she had a gentleman and waiting in the parking lot. He was blasting loud Latin music. Or some kind of flamenco music. At any rate, he was waiting for his lady and waiting. She finally appeared at the door and she told me, point-blank, that we are permitted to close one hour early because management told us if we don't have customers enough for the last two hours, we can close early. She drove away wearing the brightest red lipstick I have ever seen. With a big grin on her face and she was singing at the top of her lungs. Before she drove away, I asked her if there was another store I could visit. She said yeah I think there's one behind here somewhere! Wow, I guess if you were closing, you can turn away a customer who drove all the way over here from Santee. And totally disregard them by hiding from view until you think they are going to drive away. But because I had a little dog, maybe you took pity you were able to at least tell me to go to another store

I would give it a zero if I could. After spending 30min in the store waiting for someone in customer service to unlock account (that was the only way the associates knew how to get into the account), we inquired about an iphone and payment plan, the associates said "the person that knows how to do the instalments isn't here today" 30min wasted and a locked account!!!
