I have been to this store several times and it is very very good the people there are always nice and respectful and help out a lot with everything needed. I would probally be there right now if I knew how much I can get off with my iphone se????

Do not trust this store and the services they sell. I went there on the 27th paid 88 dollars for two new line of bring my own phones. Later I found out my phones were not compatible so I went to the store again to get a refund. But my bank account was charged again for 88 dollars the next day. I have been calling metro pcs customer service every day regarding this matter and opened case after case . Each time they got it wrong. I finally spoke to my bank to get this charge disputed yesterday. But now my metro account has a balance of new increased amount and my account is suspended. I am so disappointed at this store and at metro pcs. They also charge 48 dollars for a new phone with line which only costs 30 dollars for the same phone with line on metro website. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this experience and this store!

El personal que me atendió hoy domingo 26 de noviembre real mente no tenían ganas de atender al cliente ni de querer trabajar, me atendió la muchacha como si le estuviera pidiendo regalado las cosas, la verdad que ni quería comprar allí solo que tenia que hacerlo por que era la tienda más sercas, si no les gusta su trabajo consigan otro chic@s.

It's terríbel store, in Lemom Gruve!
Don't buy anything in this store....
I was at metro to buy sim card plus a 5G internet account , basic, on the first day they gave me these amounts 15$ sim card+30$number with internet+22$ activation, I asked Naika if it was compatible, she replied yes.
I went back the next day to buy the package, another employee called Jenifer answered me, but before I asked again if my device was compatible. She answered yes.
So I bought it, she put the sim card in. Meanwhile the value was supposed to be 67$ total she gave me a discount of 22$ , I thought, how strange!
As I left the store, I sent a message to my son and daughter-in-law telling them to save the number.
The message did not go through.
I returned to the store at the same moment, and the clerk said, "I think the problem was the phone, and I asked her to refund the amount I paid.
She asked me to come back the next day, and if it was the problem with the handset, she would give me a handset from her house, almost new.
When I got home, I told my son and daughter-in-law.
The sim card didn't work in any of the devices, it had no activation.
The next day I went to the store to ask for a chargeback of my 45$ that was charged.
Her boss, changed the sim card, no good, it didn't work.
I asked for my money back, in the meantime, the boss went out and did not return, I asked her, she said that she would have to come back the next day, so that the boss could solve the problem and pay the 45$.
As they did not resolve, I called the police, they registered an occurrence, and did not come, because it was a civil case.
I received the number of the occurrence.
They didn't want to solve it!
I went back to the store for the third time with my son, the next day, who left his job to solve it.
We were humiliated, and they even called the police, saying that we were harassing Jenifer, she was shaking when she spoke, but we were calm, because I don't owe anything to anyone.
As they changed the sim card, I was left with the number, so the policeman went to ask for the number, but they gave the previous number, not the current sim card number.
So far I have not received anything, I paid cash.
I hope people will be careful, not to be cheated like I was.

What was explained to me is very good to save money compared to directly using T-Mobile, previously on metro was happy only I changed because didn't looked for better cell, T-Mobile is ok too but they just keep removing permissions then have to reinstall I don't like that they should ask if you want to remove them it only bother

I came in recently trying to activate my phone and for some reason was overcharged $30 so I paid $100 for activating my phone then received a message saying thank you for your $70 for the activation. I noticed the lady did custom item when ringing me up not sure where those extra 30 were for

This the BEST Metros PCS in San Diego County, I love this location. I'll drive out of way, I'll pass other locations to get to this one. The manager knows me, I've been coming here for years, probably a decade . The Manager is the best, informational and really helpful. I went to switch service to my old phone because I broke my current phone. It took him 30 minutes, no problems. Very smooth, He showed me other phones also and I'll be back to purchase my new phone show. I recommend this location to everyone. I really like the manager, he is an example of GREAT customer service. He also OWNS his metro pcs FYI. So support his business..
