So i ordered my food via app threw the drive thru got my order and was on my way ate fries while they were hot then take a bite of my burger and realized my order was wrong so i went back this time i went inside so i could have it made correct. The manger first ask "well what does the ticket says" i responded im not sure but i know i paid extra for extra meat the replied "well let me read it" in a annoyed attitude like i did something wrong she then read it saw they did it wrong and said "well you bit it so ill just give you the extra meat instead or taking in account that i had my order drove off and have to drive back its now cold. I was extremely tired from a crazy work week i didn't feel like giving lessons on customer service i just left.

To be perfectly honest with you, McDonald's. To say choice that I go to occasionally. I need something to eat. However, when I go inside because I hate waiting in the lines. And I see a manager lecturing somebody actually 2 people while I'm standing there and standing there. And standing there and standing there. I found whether ridiculous it was there. She looked at me 3 times and still stood there. And just looked. I was standing there in amazement as there were 2 of us now standing there. Waiting to be taken care of while she is just standing there. Lecturing hurt the employees. How disappointing is that

Whenever I come here, the service is so slow, I feel like a snail could get me the food faster. Stock runs out frequently.

Havnt been here in 3yrs but had my great nieces so we went. First, service isnt. Second forgets whole meal of course mine quarter pounder meal. Third $65 is not for poor over taxed families! Food was ok but not worth price and parking to go in and get my food. I work restaurants, why cant ff get all $65 worth food? Quality checks are not put in place.

These five stars are for Mary who provided excellent customer service at the drive thru. Greeted me with a bright smile and showed kindness and patience when I had difficulty using my mcdonalds app.

Long waiting time in drive thru. Breakfast sandwich smashed and hashbrowns over cooked (loaded with oil). Under staffed. Breakfast use to be really good.

The service slow because it is busy all the time. But the service is great. If they mess your order up they really go above and beyond to make it right! It's a great McDonald's.

In the drive through they don't show what you ordered or how much it comes to and the cashier doesn't tell you either
