Associated my vehicle, correct vin#, told plate # does not matter. Filled in a different plate #, disregarding my attempt for this person to out in MY plate #. Post 4 months , failure to send me an itemized invoice; Tried once again to receive precise information via chat with Amie. I simply asked if calling the dept. directly, would expedite the retrieval of my actual invoice. Prior to my inquiry, this poor agent is obviously following a script. I get it. However, authentic customer service would exhibit an improved professional response to a simple inquiry..." I understand we are approaching the weekend. Do you have an approx. time frame/eta for the invoice? 24hrs-72 hrs?" A better response aside constricted script, " Our team at Lemon Grove Toyota, tax season blah blah, system backed up (w/e). Unfortunately I can not confirm 24-72 hrs, regardless of it being the weekend." Give your agents at least a week-2 week approx. timeline!!! Instead of, oh we don't know, when ever they get to it. So back to: my 2nd inquiry of calling to a dept. in order to expedite process...agent Amie sent a number, stagnant, flat... ( For the money Toyota, including inflation), invest on improving customer service training; employees are not the brightest crayons in the box ( agents, mechanics etc.) About 1 out of 10 people at this dealership are actually helpful. Oh and Amie ended conversation abruptly.

I went down for general service and was told car was ready 1 hour later. The car (my Camry) Started struggling to start. I lifted the hood and found this mess. It took a few minutes to clean the struggling stopped. Did they even have the hood up. This should of been checked during the service. No more going to Larry Miller.

They always greet me with a big smile and make me feel welcome. This is not the closest Toyota location to me, but this is the only place I take my car to for oil changes, and will continue taking it here as long as their service continues to be great.

I need someone to help me instead of transferring my calls to different department. My phone number is LISTED to someone else car that I DO NOT OWN. I asked them to remove it. I would like to get some answer or if you guys are going to transfer me, please transfer me to someone whose voicemail actually works.

I have done my own maintenance to my cars for years but for the last 6 years I have taken my cars here. Their service and staff are the best! Prices are good and just today I got a $25 gift card and $50 discount. I recommend it.

They got the cheapest parts. Bought online several times and picked them up at the parts department. Great service. Helped recharge dead battery for free.

Service department was aware of a transmission leak on my truck and never told me about. Once I brought it up they refused to give me a quote and put it into the system to cover their behinds. Was doing regular oil changes which included inspections and they never mentioned it to avoid replacement. Don't trust the service department here

Have you ever been in the situation where you have had to choose to service your car you've had for 12 years, which would cost more than your car is currently worth (she's a 16 year old Camry) or buy a new car? That was me yesterday. I was under the weather with a cold and was hit with the check engine light coming on and jerking from my car. I took it in to see Trudy in service, like I've been doing for 12 years. She comes back to let me know what's wrong. Needless to say the amount of the servicing would be more than the car was worth. I didn't know what to do, I was in tears all morning. Trudy recommended I call Art in Sales to ask for his advice. I did. He was attentive and relatable. He hooked me up with Kaitlyn who then proceeded to show me cars in the used lot. I was very specific with my needs. I needed my payments to be around "this" amount and I couldn't put down more than "this amount".... After all was said and done, Art and Kaitlyn made it happen for me to get into a car and feel completely comfortable with my purchase. I got emotional. I cried and said thank you profusely. Kaitlyn asked if she could give me a hug, which I gladly accepted. I couldn't be happier with my team here. Trudy in Service has always looked out for me, and pairing me with Art and Kaitlyn made my car buying experience so much more bearable. Thank you, Trudy, Art and Kaitlyn! I appreciate you all!

When I bought my car here a few years ago, I felt like they gave me a fair deal. They gave me way more for my salvage trade in than I even asked for, and made all the repairs I asked for on the used car I was buying free of charge. Finance guys will always be finance guys, so aside from that part, the whole process felt pretty seamless. And now I'm back getting my car serviced and I feel like they've really stepped up their game in the service department. Everyone is smiling and chatty, there's little mini cubicles for you to stay and work, free coffee, snacks, a TV. I remember it being a little more angry and forlorn the last time I had to get a car worked on here. Something has changed for the better for sure. Farley and Vanessa were super kind.

I am simply here to say Farley Hamilton is a godsend. It's the day before Christmas Eve and the car is due for service. The place is packed. Mr. Hamilton gracefully got us a spot in the schedule so that I don't have to worry about my car breaking down on the way to Christmas. He even gave me a card so that the next time I need any service done we have a contact at the dealership. This is Service with a capital "S."

I brought my 1987 Toyota truck in for a new drive belt this summer, and they broke the bolt that holds in the alternator. That was a $650 belt replacement. They blamed it on the bolt being rusted but the alternator was replaced 5 years ago and is not rusty. They also wanted to charge me $80 to change my rear brake light bulb. They loosened my battery and didn't bolt it back down; thank goodness I heard it rattling around because it was about to fall into my fan. I thought going here would be safest. I was dead wrong. Look at my other review for auto repair. Go to them.
