I was involved in a hit and run and luckily no one was hurt. Thank you everyone at Kaizen! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Sam to the help I received from Shannon. This was one of the best repair shops I’ve ever been to. Kaizen has just a gained a customer for life (hopefully I won’t need them) lol. The service was great, customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants good service.

Shannon was my service advisor. He’s really great!!! They went above and beyond for my car and provided the best service. There was a scratch in the front of my car that was not apart of the insurance claim. He went ahead and got that fixed on the house. For TESLA owners, this is the shop you should take your car to. They’re professionals and speedy with the repairs. Tesla parts take awhile to get there’s, but that is the Tesla manufacturing issue not the shop.Services: Painting

My experience at Kaizen is unacceptable - I recommend avoiding doing business with this location. The manager Rick Cisneros is completely unprofessional.The shop did not ask me any questions when dropping the vehicle off, and they failed to even inspect or diagnose the mechanical damage caused by the fender bender. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks before I reached out to get an update, which they responded - "it will be done tomorrow." I proceeded to call for the next 4 days in a row, each day getting told the same thing - "it will be done tomorrow." When finally "completed" I could see the body work was done very poorly and I had to point out that parts of the bumper were not aligned correctly. Since they couldn't diagnose or fix the mechanical issue, they told my insurance it was unrelated to the accident. Without seeing any pictures or knowing anything about the accident, they essentially accused me of attempting insurance fraud. I took the vehicle to a dealership and it was quickly diagnosed, and the pictures I took of the accident proved all the damage was related. My initial agent at Kaizen didn't communicate at all through the repair process, and when it was transferred to manager Rick Cisneros, he was very rude and unprofessional.Overall, for a simple fender bender, my vehicle was out of commission for over 6 weeks. Kaizen is responsible for most of that time and should not be trusted with any basic repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Only two months after receiving the vehicle, it was out of alignment. The vehicle was taken to the place. Kaisen selected to align the vehicle to confirm after it was confirmed they denied to fix issue.

Found this place through teslas approved auto body--Had to take my Tesla in go get a few scratches fixed on the window and body of the car... spoke with Shannon. Professional, reliable, and nice. Him & the team were great & kept me informed about my car! Highly recommend.

Run away from as fast as you can. Took my vehicle there last August, gave the my partial AAA payment of 10734 dollars in September it got cashed. I Dec. I was called and asked to remove my vehicle and take it some where else, which I did, and they would refund my check for $10734. It is now September of the next year 2023, and I have not received my check. STAY AWAY, DON'T PAY FOR ANYTHING BEFORE VEHICLE IS FINISHED.

Two years ago, I would have given this business a 5-star rating based on my positive experience with my 2016 Model S. However, my recent encounter has led me to assign a 1-star rating due to a range of issues, including poor communication, a lack of follow-through, and subpar customer service, resulting in 1 month wasted time and having to seek repairs elsewhere.I initially brought my vehicle in over three weeks ago to obtain an estimate for necessary repairs, including body work and painting. The primary component required was the passenger side mirror for my 2018 Model S. Despite being informed that the part was ordered, my frustration began to mount over the past two weeks as I made 5 or 6 calls in attempts to acquire a status update on the estimated part delivery. Unfortunately, each time I was assured of a callback, not a single one materialized until today.My frustration culminated when I finally received a call. I was informed that, unexpectedly, ALL TESLA ORDERS for the month of July had been canceled. The extent of uncertainty regarding when or if these services would resume was deeply concerning. Moreover, I was told that the business is presently unable to accommodate any Tesla-related business.This unfortunate situation has resulted in not only wasted time and effort but also a delay in addressing the repairs my vehicle requires. I now find myself needing to seek assistance from another shop, effectively prolonging a repair process that should have been addressed in a more timely and efficient manner.

This place is amazing! I needed some work done in the front of my Tesla. They got it done quickly and it came out like new. When I dropped off my car, it needed a wash but I didn't have the time. I did not expect it to come back sparkling and cleaner than what I left it at. Customer service was also amazing, I have no complaints. I will recommend this place to everyone and especially to those who have a Tesla. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

Very frequent communication, texting service that gave updates and allowed for question replies. They really tried to get the truck out sooner than promised and when they dropped it off at our house (a lovely detail!), it was sparkling clean. Has my car in the shop for over a month in order to charge storage fees on the insurance. Apparently everyday my car is either in paint or the doors they got were the wrong ones ?. Then finally my car gets ready and I'm ready to pay for the deductible to pick it up and apparently it gets put on hold for the day for no reason so I need to wait another day. Garbage place, definitely don't deserve the reviews that are on here as they are misleading
