They provided good customer service initially and fixed my iPhone 14 Plus last year when it needed a new screen. The problem is that they use poor quality aftermarket screens that caused my phone to have ghost touches and cause the phone to open apps, text/call randomly and lock out my phone with incorrect passcode entries. I highly suggest going somewhere else that uses genuine Apple screens based on my experience.

My phone needed to get the charging port replaced and Sam was totally on it! Great price, fast service and totally friendly. Getting your phone fixed can be intimidating but Sam and Jay are super cool. Will be coming here for any other tech repairs!

Called up ahead to see if they had a phone screen for repair they gave me a price of 110dlls. When I arrived to the place the next day they gave another price, 149dlls.I still used them I just did not wanted to drive to another shop.

I had a problem with my charging port and thought I would need it replaced. I reached out via email and received a swift response. The gentleman ended up being able to clean the port and make it as new. He didn't even want to charge me for it at all.

The screen was fixed otherwise this would have been one star. I brought in my pixel for a screen replacement. I was told they were pretty busy so it might not be ready till the next day which I was fine with. So I was surprised when they called me two hours late to say the phone was ready. When I get there, first, I can see all this glue leaking out from the edges of the screen. Second the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. I complained and the owner told me that the glue would go away ? and that the fingerprint sensor wasn't something they do.
